I was travelling to San Francisco on business and - like I always try to do when flying 11 hours somewhere - I flew out a day early and stayed a night on my own dime. Our business hotel was in Downtown/Union Square, so I wanted to stay somewhere else, somewhere more touristy. Fisherman's Wharf was the obvious place and,...

Hi jarborra - WOW what a great review. Thanks for staying with us and for all the kind words. Union Square is fantastic, but, we're a little partial to our amazing location at Fisherman's Wharf. We're glad you discovered us and we hope to have the luxury of serving you again when your travels return you to San Francisco...

Convenient location for one being a tourist. Overall the hotel needs a update especially in the hallways. The rooms are smaller then what I expected from reading the other reviews. Average room with two queen size beds. Bedding was nice with white comforters. Room appeared very clean.

Hi KayeEdmontonAlberta - Thanks for staying with us and for taking the time to comment. We’ll be having a makeover of our guest corridors in early 2015 and we're anxious to see how fabulous it looks when complete. Glad you enjoyed our amazing location and our ultra clean rooms! This hotel is wonderful! Cheep and cheerful! We arrived and were checked in straight away, no messing around... The rooms are spacious and as we are traveling the west coast? We are living out of a suitcase. If we were staying here for the duration of our trip then my only issue would be that there isn't enough wardrobe space,...

We stayed her two nights in early August, 2014. Beautiful hotel and super location to the Wharf district. First trip to San Francisco, so did all the tourist things. Took the trip on double decker bus. I really think the Wharf area is the place you want to be so pay the extra money. We have traveled a lot and...

This beautiful "boutique"hotel was everything it advertised. Beautiful place, great comforable room and bed. Loved everything about it and hope to go again in the future. You will not be disappointed. Location great to walk to Fisherman's Whart and Pier 39 and restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in San Francisco. The hotel itself was really nice and the staff was very friendly. A short walk down to the main pier. The real down point to this hotel was that all deliveries for the hotel were made through the front entrance. About 2 am I woke up to a lot of...

Hi Rick B - Thanks for staying with us and for the kind words, glad to hear that you were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed your visit. I do apologize for the noise from the laundry company employees, certainly unacceptable and I'm glad you brought this to our attention so we can address this with our linen service. We look forward...

We were on the 4th floor away from the street--it was a quiet and peaceful location. The room, though small, had been nicely updated, and we were quite content with the amenities and decor. Public transportation (the F trolley) is just a few blocks away and was a great way to get to the theatre district. It is an easy...

The room was nicely appointed overall, but the vanity was in dire need of refinishing. The bathroom was dated, and the refrigerator was not functioning. Much attention was given to the roof view which was transformed into a beautiful garden with large urns of brightly colored flowers and palms. Breakfast in the hotel was expensive but the quantities were enough...

My friends and I stayed at this hotel over Labor Day weekend for two nights. The hotel is only a few blocks from Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square.
