Alrighty, everyone - I should start by saying I almost never write reviews of hotels. I like reading them before I travel to a hotel so I have an idea what to expect but normally the room and service is ordinary and so I don't feel compelled to write a review unless something

The front desk agent, Brendan Lin, made sure I had a great experience at this hotel! The place is very clean and beautiful. If you forget shampoo, soap, and conditioner, they have your back! I loved the brick wall theme and hopefully I can stay here again one day.

The hotel is very basic, which we thought would be fine for a couple of days but we saw one small bug on the bed and my friend and I both experienced bites whilst we were staying there. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the unhelpful attitude of the front desk staff

A lot of homeless people in front of the hotel. The staff wasn’t polite with us. They forget paper on site the toilet. The heater doesn’t work ! Good bed and shower. But a lot of water scapes the box .

Hotel does not provide any parking but this being San Francisco, there are parking lots all around the area. Rates run from $20-30 a night and some lots have different in and out criteria.

I was wondering what is check out time and is there bag storage? thanks Andrew
We arrived around 12pm from Melbourne and were able to leave our bags (in a separate room) until our room was ready.Checkout was 11am. I found check ins in the US were either 3pm or 4pm everywhere we went!

I'm not sure about the laundry facilities. as for a shared bathroom we had a jack and Jill bath but there was no one in the adjoining room. I'm guessing you can request your own bathroom but it'll cost extra

"We stayed in Room #210 on the second floor. It didn't have a view but was easy to get to without having to rely on the elevator."
"Ensuite bathrooms are available, be aware"
"Ask for a private bath"
"Book early and ask for a better Deluxe room. You'll need ear plugs! Young staff is adequate but could be friendlier."
"Ask for a room that does not face out to Powell to minimize the lights in the room from the nightlife."
