I stay at Intercon's all over the world so I feel I am a good judge of what is on offer and value for money.
This falls short in most aspects that matter to me.
Check on was slow and no dedicated check in for...More
My wife stayed at the InterContinental for a work event which was going on at the Moscone Center which is literally 10 steps from their door. For that alone it’s worth staying there - but there’s many reasons I highly recommend this hotel.

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
