I give this place a 4 star for the staff being so good to us during our stay. This place is not that bad. Beds are comfortable. But beware that the rooms are not air-conditioned and you have to ask the front desk for fans....More
I booked the room through Hotels.com and in the confirmation email, it specifically said the room included in-room sink, flat-screen tv, cable channels and climate-controlled heating, among other things.
In the room that I got, Room 403, there was no in-room sink. Flat-screen TV was...More
1. Neighborhood is shady, a lot of homeless people, drug addicts etc.
2. Staffs are very nice. Free breakfast before 10am, which is cool. The lounge is pretty nice and big. They have sandwiches, fruits, coffee, and juice.
3. Wifi is pretty slow tho.

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
