Great location, fun historic buildings, nicely remodeled. We had a blast, restaurants close by, lovely views. The beds are new, very comfortable. The Inn is definitely on my list of places to go back to.

This hotel has to be the best in San Fran. It's located in such a pretty area. They also have free cheese and wine at 4. As well as home baked cookies. Outside there were small fires to sit by. The breakfast was also delicious. The rooms are huge and had a massive bathroom. We also got complimentary bikes and...

Check out the wine and cheese hours. Great views of the Bay and Main Post. We have been staying annually. Truly a jewel that can only be found in San Francisco, whether you are a San Francisco native on a stay cation, or visiting from abroad.

This was a quick overnight SF getaway for my daughter's 26th birthday. Room #231 is gorgeous. What a wonderful surprise when we found the sparkling white wine and chocolate wine truffles placed in our room for her birthday! Loved the inn, property and beautiful location. The happy hour and breakfast were wonderful. Everything was superb! We love your inn and...

We stayed here the day after our wedding, and it was the perfect choice. The property is a great space for relaxing and breathing fresh air. The whole Presidio seemed to smell like eucalyptus, which was pretty magical. The staff also gave us a bottle of bubbly and a sweet card congratulating us on our big day. The bed was...

Stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was excellent and the staff was extremely welcoming. They left us some chocolates and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the San Fran area.

Former bachelor officers' quarters when Presidio was an Army base has been nicely restored and fitted as a luxury inn. Rooms are large and well-appointed with historical pictures and lots of books about history and the area. It is unique in San Francisco, particularly because it is quiet and surrounded by forests and hiking trails - an island of calm...

We have been to the Inn several times and have enjoyed it each time. The ambiance is welcoming and lovely. Having a continental buffet breakfast and wine and cheese in the evening is a plus. The best is the size of the rooms and the proximity to the hiking trails. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here 2 nights while attending music events in the city. Although out of the way, we enjoyed the quiet and exploring around the area, including the Palace of Fine Arts, crissy field, national cemetery and walking the many trails. Beautiful building, well maintained, and comfortable. We had a room towards the front and were surprised with the traffic...
