The place is wonderful. At the lobby a kind and funny man will tell you great tips to go out and about the city. It is a very very functional mini-apartment, kitchen fully equipped and everything is clean. The details at the door: a rose and chocolates! The chocolates are delicious.

I've been using timeshare for 30 years and this is a great place. High standard of accommodation coupled with good service. We had never been to San Francisco before and were delighted to find this place is right in the centre of things with a cable car stop outside the apartment. Hop on to go down the hill to the...

The place is wonderful and very well located. Just be aware that one of the buildings has no elevator and if you are assigned a room on the upper floors it can be quite tiring to climb the stairs several times a day and more if it is with luggage since there are nobody to take them to the room....

We are Royal Holiday Timeshare owners which allowed us to stay here.. We had two rooms for two couples.. The ambassador and the smaller studio. The smaller rooms are in the adjoining building on right side (NO elevator) for two floors. This is a 100 year old building but maintained well. We had the larger room on left side of...

Stayed for three nights after Labor Day. Stayed in the main building where check-in occurs. The building has an elevator and a beautiful large staircase to reach the above three floors of rooms. We stayed in a single room with a queen bed, with a large bathroom and a small kitchen area with two electric burners, a small refrigerator/freezer and...

The location could not be better. 10 min walk to Union Square, Cable Cars, Fishermans Wharf, North Beach, etc. If you can stay here do it. You'll...

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
As the oldest in North America, San Francisco's Chinatown is an exotic experience. A unique neighbourhood decorated with colourful shops, historic streetlights, hanging lanterns, and pagoda roofs awaits behind the stone-carved dragon gates. Feast on dim sum at the tea houses, or meet the locals who gather at historic Portsmouth Square to play chess or practice Tai Chi. Fish markets, produce stands, tourist shops, jewelry stores, fortune tellers, temples and restaurants come together to create a world unto itself in this historic neighbourhood.
