Room was very nice and the bed super comfortable. Enjoyed our 5 nights immensely. We have recommended the MM to many friends because of the wonderful staff, food, convenient location, comfortable rooms, and great value, especially considering the wonderful breakfast and happy hour cocktails. We also appreciate the business center and laundry facilities. Like MacArthur said, "I shall return!"

I cannot begin to tell you how much my wife and I appreciated this place. From the excellent staff, clean rooms, amazing library & tributes, to the top-notch breakfast, location in downtown SF, and lively happy hour. Through and through, this place is unlike any other in SF when it comes to the camaraderie the staff has and the way...

It's an older motel with rooms smaller than the new places, but this place has character! It's a living memorial to the US Marines and every floor has something to see. The place is neet as a pin and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. The location is perfect as it is withing walking distance to anything you might want...

The Marines Memorial Club is like an oasis in the City; calm, restful, classy, and personal. It's our "go to" place on two-night stays for shopping and great dinners out. The rooms are outstanding and the staff is gracious and accommodating. Breakfast upstairs looking over the City is a wonderful way to begin a day in the best City in...

I have been staying here since I was a young private in the Army 10 years ago, and I've continued to stay here every time I visit San Francisco now that I am a civilian. From the moment I arrive, I'm always greeted with a smile and friendly face at the front desk. The room is always immaculately clean, and...

We had six women from all over the country come to San Francisco for a reunion of "nursing school girlfriends". I coordinated with Bertha to reserve Room 512 which is a suite and an adjoining Queen-Queen room. We also reserved one other room on the floor. Room 512 proved to be larger than I even hoped for. We had plenty...

First off, I'm a life member of the club and have stayed there numerous times. However, I do not think my review is biased. The plusses: very good location, excellent service, tastefully decorated, good size rooms, clean, free buffet b'fast, free cocktails, interesting and historical in-house amenities and resources. The minus: no onsite parking. This is mitigated by parking less...

A hidden gem in the heart of San Francisco. This historic hotel boasts small but nicely furnished rooms. The bathroom was quite small in the room I stayed in but after reading the history of the building I understand why. The hotel has a wonderful bar and restaurant. Outstanding breakfast is served daily. The staff in the hotel are caring...
