We have stayed at the Four Seasons in San Francisco three times. Each time we have found that the entire staff is extremely accommodating, from reserving a specific room we requested, to helping with car rental and dinner reservations. It's a relaxing environment - elegant...More
The rooms are always perfect and elegantly appointed. the staff is friendly and ready to help always. The restaurant and bar food and service is wonderful. We love this Hotel and frequent regularly. So easy to get to shopping and theater.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I had excellent service from the Concierge staff and the restaurant breakfast was fantastic. We will return to this hotel next time we are in San Francisco.

I found this hotel to be very pricey although very convenient to most locations downtown. Great rooms and very spacious. Found food to be average with very high prices. Coffee at $7 should be great not just decent. Some of the staff was friendly but...More
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
I have one window that can be opened in the bedroom for the perfect amount of breeze/fresh air. I have a corner room with windows on 2 sides but I am happy with the window on the market street side that opens.
