We visited this hotel for a 5 day stay as part of a tour of California. The hotel offers basic accommodation, clean, but with a strange chemically smell. The room was for 4 adults and by US standards was quite small but adequate for our...More
We really liked the hotel. It was centrally located between Chinatown and The Wharf. It was clean and had a large restroom. The beds were very comfortable. Make sure to request a room with a microwave and a refrigerator if you need one. The included...More

We stayed here for three nights, and this was a perfect place to end our trip in the US. The heated pool was a hit with the children, the room was spacious and clean, and the complementary breakfast buffet had everything we wanted.
Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
