The exterior of the motel isn't appealing and the front desk including breakfast area only take up 8m2. That said, the rooms are large, the beds excellent and the shower hot and powerful (I'm overlooking the irritating fixed shower heads everywhere in the us). The...More
On first impressions on arrival I thought here we go again San Francisco £306 a night, stepped out of the car and motion sensors are picking us up every step of the way to the very small reception room like an alarm going off, even...More
Parking handy, hotel is fine, breakfast is non existent, have to take it to room, the little there is, Rooms are spacious. But if near the lift or stairway: noisy with other guests and the ding dongs for security
Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was friendly and helpful. It is in a safe location and there is free parking. Entrance to the parking is tight though. Lots of stores nearby (CVS, Walgreens). We walked around the city and seldom used Uber/Lyft.

Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that
followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.

The Cable Cars are only 3 blocks away and there is a bus on the corner that will take you to the Wharf. No need to drive. Ghirardelli Square - the starting point of the Wharf - is only a 15 minute walk.
