I booked here after reading Trip Advisor reviews. The location was perfect for being able to easily use the Muni system. Several lines stop either in front of the hotel or a block away. The neighborhood seemed safe, and there were many restaurants to pick...More
The hotel was much better than we expected. The location is excellent, in an area full of restaurants and shops. The room was quite nice, large, and looked like it was recently refurbished. Nicely decorated, and everything exceptionally clean and crisp. Large tv, crisp linens....More
My family stayed for 2 nights, and at first had a decent stay. Yes, traffic can be loud, but we didn’t have an issue with that. On our second day our car, along with another car in the garage, were broken into. We were not...More

Thank you very much for your great feedback, we are glad you did not have any noise issues on Lombard street and enjoyed the location and room space.
We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
This hotel is a solid place to stay in San Francisco. It is clean and well maintained. Not a lot of frills, but they do offer free parking which is nice because it costs a lot to park in SF. Location is ok, about 1.5...More
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.

Each guest is allowed to park one car per room and we guarantee you can park on our private parking lot. All our guest cars will never park on the street. We do not guarantee a parking space and is on first come first serve. In case all the parking spaces are taken, you will need to double park the car and leave the keys at the front desk upon check in and it will be moved when there is a parking space available which only happens when all our guests comes with a car.
However, we strongly recommend not to come with a car to San Francisco because of heavy congestion and very expensive parking fees in the city. It is highly recommended to rent a car upon departure instead of parking your car during your stay.
San Francisco offers public transportation, well organized bus system, Uber/Lyft and taxi. Also many places are within walking distance from the hotel. There are a few buses going to the main tourist attractions and only a block away from Chelsea.
Many restaurants and boutique shops are within also within walking distance.
