It was a last minute 2 day stay, which limited our choice on the budget we were prepared to pay. The hotel is very dated, but clean and a comfy bed. There was no air con in the rooms, but in our room they provided...More
Small easy to get to motel in Berkeley. The room seems to have been update recently with mock hardwood floors (no sad carpeting here!) and newly tiled bathroom. Room was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities in the room. Staff was very...More
Very clean hotel in a great location. Rooms are a bit dated & there really was no need for the huge mirror that we had in our bedroom. Breakfast was simple but good enough. Check in is 2pm & you cannot check in any earlier,...More
The best thing about this place is the location. The rooms are very dated. Parking was a nightmare. Would not stay there again. You could hear everyone's bathroom noises. Pigeons kept you awake since there was no air conditioning and the windows had to stay...More

TripAdvisor is proud to partner with Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Priceline, Orbitz, Hotwire and Cheap Tickets so you can book your Marina Inn reservations with confidence. We help millions of travellers each month to find the perfect hotel for both holiday and business trips, always with the best discounts and special offers.
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.

The closest public parking is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It's located on lombard street. You can park there 24/7. It's been 1,5 years since I was there so the price I cant't really remember. I believe it was... More
