Drove here after a transatlantic flight en route to Cape Cod. About 30 mins from Logan. It’s very new and therefore freshly decorated. We had a suite just to spread out. Highly recommend. Nice breakfast included in rate with everything most will need.

The hotel is new two hotels in one! Not enough parking for one hotel never mind two!!! I brought a group of 95 people to this hotel in two 55 pax buses booked through tour company! Hotel said they had parking for both buses upon arrival after taking our money told the drivers they had to park three blocks away in supermarket parking lot!!! Unacceptable!! The front staff told the customer they had to pay for parking and when customer agreed to pay they were told it was too late they had to reserve the parking ahead of time??? The rooms were dirty and furnishings were falling apart? It’s a new hotel?? There were 3 barking dogs in the room down the hall and the staff was clueless talking to us like we were stupid!!! NOT A PROFESSIONAL STAFF?!! All young kids with no one to guide them!!

I read reviews to get an idea where to stay. I saw mixed reviews on this hotel and I am so happy that I ignored the negative reviews. This hotel is FANTASTIC! The front desk staff, FRANTASTIC! Seriously, they are. They are friendly, funny, a pleasure to interact with. The hotel feels and looks brand new (it is only a few years old). The hotel is modern. Lots of lights in the room. Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging. A very large TV with plenty of stations. A quiet heater. A comfortable bed. Clean crisp sheets and in the morning a decent FREE breakfast. They have recently started charging $15 for parking. There are a handful of spots on the street where if you can grab one you can park for free. This will be my new "go to" hotel when I am in this area.

I booked this hotel for a 10 day stay on a business trip. The location of the hotel is good, next to North Quincy T-station with only a 15 min ride into the city center, there is a supermarket close-by and if you're in need of a walk, it's a 20min walk to the beach. The check-in was easy, but staff at the front desk really has no clue about anything. They seem to be super young and no one seems to be supervising them. Simple things like getting detergent for laundry etc becomes super painful and long to discuss (you also have to pay for it). The highlight of my interaction with receptionists however was, when I ordered from GrubHub. The receptionist complained that it is too much WORK for him to call people in their rooms to pick up their food at reception (sometimes the Suite number is not visible on the receipt, but name is) and asked me to refrain from ordering food online again during my stay??? Ridiculous! No real COVID rules. There is a sign saying you don't have to wear a mask if you're vaccinated, but no one ever checked any vaccination status with me, EVER! So people just do whatever they want. Not feeling safe at all. Breakfast: No real healthy options, only sugar and fat. Specifically on the first day, no eggs, no healthy spreads like cream cheese (which they added a couple days later). We have 2021, and they are still using plastic cutlery and paper plates? C'mon! Rooms: Not the cleanest, very dusty and paper thin walls!! You hear everyone around you at all times. My neighbors had a dog locked into their rooms 24/7. You hear your neighbors walk, talk, shower etc. For the price I pay for a 10 night stay, unacceptable overall. Stay elsewhere, not worth it

We spent one night here. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff professional and very kind. Breakfast was typical HIE fare, but no cinnamon rolls. Breakfast attendants kept everything tidy and well stocked.
