We loved this place. Great location, easy walking distance downtown. We left a day too early on July 3rd. Apparently this is one of the best places for the 4th in the nation and this would be an excellent location for that. Great breakfasts, service, and accommodations.

We stayed in the Holbrook House for 2 nights as part of our anniversary trip to Maine. Our room was very comfortable and the owners were incredibly hospitable. Our first night we arrived much later than anticipated due to some car trouble, but when I called to inform the owners of our predicament they were more than willing to accommodate...

My husband and I stayed at Holbrook house in the Lafayette Suite for 2 nights. We arrived late, so the innkeepers left a personalized note at the door with directions to enter. We entered our suite via private entrance. It was obviously newly renovated. Very clean with plenty of room to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The king size...

We stayed at Holbrook House for 2 nights this past week. We were welcomed by our host, Eric, and continued to be welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfasts were top-notch, taste and presentation-wise. Eric was a great source of information about restaurants, things to do, etc. with carefully notated maps provided multiple times during our visit. We would definitely stay...

We stayed four nights in Holbrook House and loved it. Eric was welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and we always had a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses. The common areas are cosy, and there is space for guests to either sit in front of gas fire or in the adjacent room where you can sit peacefully...

My husband and I had such a wonderful time during our first visit to Maine. We were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and staying at this bed and breakfast was such a delightful treat. Eric served us such scrumptious breakfasts every day, each one different and amazing from start to finish. We stayed in one of his newer...

Great place, close in to everything. Acadia Nat. Park is one way, shops/restaurants the other way, either is very close. The room was neat, clean. The breakfast was gourmet quality both mornings of our stay. Eric was exceptionally nice and very helpful with locations and directions. I'd stay here on my next trip for sure.
