1st the front desk staff is made up almost entirely of college interns. The lack of experience cost me multiple hours correcting their errors with the managers and my travel dept. 2nd this place is run like a prison, you eat at this time, you swim at this time, you can not bring that item to this area. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place this is NOT it. The only good thing was the cleaning staff Mactee took care of my room and did an exceptional job! Tinton on the maintenance team was very nice and friendly everyday. All and all I will never stay at this place again.

Hotel's Favourite
Came here for a staycation, it was a package deal with our room for the night, water park and the circus. I recently just moved to Guam about a week ago, my boyfriend has lived here pretty much all his life so adjusting to the island life from the city is quite interesting. So he decided we’d do a staycation to kind of help with my adjustment stages. We took his boys for a night out of the house and the usual work day, and decided to have fun at the water park. I don’t normally do water, but I had so much fun going down the water slide. My adjustment may be better than we had imagined. I know I still have a ways to go to get fully adjusted, but this really helped. LOL A lot of tourist come here and stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly, always greeting and welcoming. My only gripe is probably no channels on TV to watch ahaha. But who wants to be in the hotel room all day watching TV anyway? The boys had a lot of fun at both the water park and the circus… will definitely stay here again for another staycation when we find the need to just get away from normal life for a little bit.

I was wondering why I missed writing a review for our visit here. I think mainly because it was pretty uneventful (for me). When we visited last year, the place was pretty empty yet our room was far from the lobby. Long walk esp. for guests like us who rented a car for the weekend. Parking was also a hassle - such a long walk to and fro, esp. it was raining that weekend we visited Guam. For such a big resort, there's definitely not much choices for eateries in the area. Be prepared to drive in and out. Another hassle. Staff was hit and miss. Now you see them, now you don't. The room, bathroom and hotel amenities are all up to par - as expected. Clean and comfortable. No frills. It served its purpose. My teen son did enjoy some of their water activities but he informed me that he specially liked the PIC in Saipan better. I think this PIC is best for younger children than teens, who prefers bigger or more thrilling slides. However, my wife enjoyed taking lots of pictures around the resorts. Lots of scenery and "instagrammable" spots for her. Overall, definitely not bad experience for us. No regrets. A must visit at least once in your lifetime esp. if you have frequented PIC Saipan.

The hotel is fine. It is big and a bit old but comfortable. It's also fairly clean, and that's important. Free parking is also a huge bonus. The main draw is and should be the enormous water park and beachfront, which has days of activities for kids and adults. The kids won't want to leave. All activities are included in the rate so it is a great deal on that score. My biggest gripe is the food and other amenities. The restaurants are so overpriced I thought they were being sarcastic, so be prepared to rent a car and eat literally anywhere else. You do have a fridge in the room, though, as well as communal microwaves, so grocery shopping is also an option. Ultimately, the main reason to come is the waterfront and awesome activities, which are as advertised.

The room is a decent size with a balcony and offers an ocean view. But the room does need a much needed remodel or refresher. The bed is comfortable with good quality linens and pillows. The bathroom is good with good water pressure. The resort is still recovering from the typhoon. The hotel grounds are still in the process of cleaning up. Much of the restaurants are still closed.

We were placed here by United Airlines due to a flight delay. And we were reassured that it was a "great" hotel. It was my worst nightmare. A water park themed gigantic hotel filled to the brim with families. It is basically a hotel that caters exclusively to children. Music blaring outside from 9 in the morning until 10 at night. Children running around like wild animals. Very limited restaurant choices. The main one being a massive buffet feeding trough. Rooms are tired and outdated.

PIC was the most awesome family trip I have ever been on. Yes the resort is very nice but its the entire staff that made us feel like royalty - even with the cheapest room. I have taken the kid to Tokyo Disney, Hawaii, and a few other big places but none were as amazing as this. It's a great water park, mini golf, and circus with all the amenities. The reason why this was so special was the ENTIRE staff that works there. First, The coolest guys were the lifeguards who made a big deal out of my 4 year old son. The water slide is the main attraction for us. The local lifeguard with the white sunglasses would use the rubber mats to flood the top of the slide with a pool of water to make us go down faster. He could have just sat at the lifeguard tower and said "go" but he went above and beyond. Then there was another lifeguard with long blonde hair that really encouraged us to go to a restaurant off site to see the Hula dance show for free. My kid loved every bit of it. Second, was the circus. I've never been a fan of the circus even as a kid. Watching elephants poop with their theme song playing over loudspeakers - not my idea of fun. This show was completely different from what i expected. I would compare this show with the amazing shows you see in Vegas. Yes, its that good and even I would recommend! Then there were the Korean trainees behind the front desk. I went to them daily for help and advice. Even though they were only trainee's they had more knowledge about the ins and outs of the hotel then I would have known if i worked there for years. My door even broke and we were locked out at 11pm. They rushed maintenance to our room so fast it showed just how great the service is. Finally the information/service desk next to front desk. The local girl i must have annoyed with repeatedly asking her for places to go and recommendations on what to do. This girl was amazing and we even shared kid photos. **names were not used out of respect

My family and I are relocating the states. Day 3 of what was supposed to be an 8 day stay before leaving the island for good, we experienced such discrimination and the worst hospitality ever. The governor made an announcement that establishments such as restaurants, bars, movie theaters, gyms and other establishments would no longer need to ask for vaccination cards/proof. We are unvaccinated and could not use the pools nor dine in. When the restriction was removed I asked the front desk if we can now use the pool. The manager said, “No!” They have their own rules. Ok. That’s fine. Then I went back and asked that if we check out early will we be reimbursed for the remaining days. They said I would be reimbursed and then they did a 180 and said I can now use the pool and restaurants but I would have to return all the perks they gave us when we first checked in. What? You’ve got to be kidding me! I’ve about had enough of their bad attitude. I called another hotel and booked with them and they offered a shuttle to the airport. I checked out of PIC and will never ever go back there again if I ever visit the island and go to a hotel. Additionally the hotel is old and dirty. But we never complained about that, until now. Would I recommend? Oh heck no!!!! Don’t go to this hotel. Water park is dirty too. Don’t do it!! I’ve added a photo of blood on the elevator button on the 10th floor. We told the front desk twice about the blood but no one did anything until our third time to inform them. Yuck!

You should go to Pacific Islands Club in Guam. First, there is a big pool and a long slide. People can play many activities. Sometimes there is a contest and some songs. And we can see characters in Pacific Islands Club. Second, we can have lots of activities in the hotel. And we can have some coupons so we can change with some food or toys. And There is sports or trampoline and they punch paper and we can get a medal. Third, when we went to the club room, it was cleaner than other rooms. And they gave breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was delicious. Go to “Pacific Islands Club” in Guam! -SK
