The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. The suite was beautiful and clean with a view of the pool and their newly built pavilion at the poolside. I also hired a car while staying there. The car was immaculate and pleasantly aired. When I needed to leave for the airport, a shuttle mini-bus was made available almost immediately. I...

Nice rooms with Air condition. Clean and need bathrooms. The Patio and Pool area is just stunning. Great big pool and the patio is just great in any kind of weather. The bar and the restaurant is OK not much of a food selection but for one week it was OK.

I went to the Tradewinds Hotel for dinner at the in-house restaurant Equator, which is heavily advertised locally. It's one of only three proper restaurants (by mainland standards) on American Samoa, excluding fast-food places like McDonald's. First impressions matter. My first impression was bad. I walked in and found Equator, which is down a corridor from the main lobby behind...

I'm disappointed to have to write this review as the hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly. I am actually surprised that other reviewers haven't commented more on the roach situation in this hotel, as I know three other people who have stayed at this hotel and have talked about the roach infestation -- such that one said a "good...

Wow!!! We sincerely sympathize with you and we are very disappointed that the roach problem has ruined your stay with us. Being at the tropics, we do realize the existence of roaches but not to the extent as you described because we strive very hard to eradicate them. Our efforts seem to be not enough. Not only do we have...

Hotel was good; with a bar & restaurant. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. The staff were very pleasant. The Wi-Fi only worked in the common areas; but they did have Wi-Fi! If you are working and need a room to work from this is a good choice. Close to the airport and they provide a shuttle. The...

The room was clean and adequately appointed. I liked the restaurant and the entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The place is not 5 stars however. There are a few issues. Wifi did not work in the guest rooms I was in during two stays: signal was too weak there. But it is quite good in the...

I was very well looked after, staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice big bed, the room was very clean and had powerful air con. Enjoyed the restaurant and bar. I had access to the free wifi in the reception area. It was very handy that the hotel had its own fleet of late model rental cars and at...

Most of the people have reviewed this hotel high, but from my experience what i found is this hotel is the cornerhouse of all inconveniences possible for a business trip to the island. The rooms are clean, and the staff courteous, but that's it.. i had stayed there in an 'internet room', thats what they call it.. but however, the...

Talofa ChristOfChina, We are very sad that you had such experience with us. But we thank you for bringing it to our attention. I only hoped you had asked for management's intervention to your demise. Anyway, our sincere apologies. Our internet is a work in progress. The room connections are basic cable connection, which is free. The wifi which is...

This place is not very convenient if a tourist but make sure you at least go there for lunch as the seafood was outstanding. Tuna etc.. Just awesome. Good service too. It is i the industry zone near airport and not near water or the harbour but if you hire a car then it is convenient to get tooa
