Good room. 100% working A/C. Good room service. Good location. Nice pool, restaurant, bar etc. My issue is with the front desk. I arrived with a group of about 30 people. All military personnel. We were first of all, all very much upset about the fact that we had no phone service on the island, at all, what upset us...

I would like to thank Tom D for his version of events concerning his issue with our WIFI service. I am sure everyone who had stayed with us before our new WIFI service was launched can testify of the slow and undependable of that free service we used to offer. After consultation and surveying with a good number of guests,...

A very pleasant mid-range hotel with lots of amenities for a remote island. Large comfortable rooms with nice furniture that are clean. Hotel is fully staffed with friendly helpful people. Fairly priced - not expensive, but not cheap either. Free continental breakfast is not that great but the Samoan Cocoa Rice is interesting. Internet is not included for free and...

This is a very "American-style" (i.e., continental US) hotel. All the staff are super-friendly and helpful. The lobby is sort of open-air, but don't worry--your room is air conditioned. The rooms are very big, clean, and comfortable. Amenities include a big pool, a small gift/snack shop, airport shuttle, restaurant, big lobby. Nice touch: extended checkout (fee): good if you're catching...

There on business. Asked the front desk to make copies of a business card. They took the information off the card and made little print outs. Their heart was in the right place but they misspelled the email address. When brought to their attention they didn't do anything to rectify it. Getting the copies was already a drawn out process...

I've been to AMS three times and it was my first stay at the Tradewinds Hotel. I was definitely pleased with the service and accommodations. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly and professional at all times, and they took care of every request we presented. The hotel has everything you...

Talofa Ruswell, We love that you love our food! Glad to have catered to your physical needs. I take it that you tried our Prime Rib Steak (Tuesday Special). It's our popular and best selling menu item. Well, now you know where to stay next time to come to American Samoa. Best regards

They have an airport shuttle or take a taxi from PPG. Check in was easy. my room was next to the workout room & across from the bar/restaurant. It was kinda noisy but not to bad. The wi-fi costs extra & worked well. Comfortable room. Nice pool area. The bar was small but nice & last call was 10pm if...

Staff are very friendly, prompt and helpful but you would expect that being in a territory of America. For the price you pay, the hotel is very expensive. Some of the bathrooms in the rooms ain't very clean or need to be refurbished! The "wifi" hardly ever works and I have stayed in the hotel atleast 15 times over the...

I agree with other reviews that this is the best hotel on the island, particularly for travelers with busy itineraries looking for a good central location. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, wifi is pretty good (very good for AS). We used this as a base of operations while visiting/hiking the national park and other trails. It is...
