This hotel is simply the best! Rooms are fabulous. View gorgeous. Food excellent and staff could not be nicer! I was met at the entrance to the hotel, by name, and escorted to the check-in desk. After the information was completed I was then escorted to the elevators to my room, where the valet had already taken my luggage. All the staff I encountered were wonderfully warm and helpful. If you want a luxurious and superbly comfortable hotel to stay in Hawaii, this is it! The room was beautiful, and everything about it was quality…they thought of absolutely anything a traveler might need for comfort!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed 4 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was our first trip anywhere in more than a year due to the pandemic. We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the beach, pools, dining, fitness center and other property amenities. But it was the high level of service that truly made the trip special. Every single employee from the moment we arrived went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and efficient. A few examples: E.L. was our server for breakfast at La Hiki. She heard us talking about looking for waterfall hikes and texted her brother, an avid hiker, to get us detailed information about the best choices. Concierge (I don't recall her name)-there is a critical shortage of rental cars on Oahu currently. The local news even had a story of tourists renting Uhaul vans because they couldn't find cars at other locations. I had looked online for a vehicle so we could take a day trip to North Shore but every location showed "sold out". I stopped by the concierge and she found us a convertible at a reasonable rate that was delivered to the hotel within a couple of hours. Malia (Noe) and Christopher (Mina's Fish House) were two of our favorite servers. They were incredibly friendly and also knowledgeable about the menus. We loved our small plate dinners at both of these locations. They also knew it was our anniversary and brought out special free desserts to help us celebrate. Other things we enjoyed: Late checkout-we had an overnight flight that left at 830pm. The hotel let us use our room until 2pm and then then beach/pool/dining for the rest of the day. They have a very nice "late departure/early arrival" lounge with showers the we used before heading to the airport that evening. Island Country Market-this little store is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and has snacks, wine/liquor, deli, etc. The food at the hotel is great, but we really enjoyed picking up some wine, poke bowls and other small items to have in our room fridge.

This place is amazing for both adults and kids. The kids club was great, they went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, restaurants had amazing food (and veggie/vegan friendly), and the overall vibe was perfect. Would not hesitate recommending this property to others.

We had such a lovely time and everyone on the Four Seasons team was so helpful and kind to us--especially in helping us take care of our new baby since this was our first big vacation after becoming a family of three. Everyone went out of their way to help us care for him at meals, the valets were so nice to him, housekeeping was great about providing us with baby supplies (from a diaper genie to a bottle warmer) and extra towels, and the front desk was kind enough to arrange a late checkout for us given that we had a late flight home and I needed a private place to nurse the baby. We won't hesitate to return next time we visit Oahu and we would tell any of our friends to do so as well!

This is not a four seasons. They cannot get their act together. We’re towards the end of our stay and feel quite disappointed about several things. 1. Our breakfast order was wrong twice on one day and once on another 2. Spa treatment of 80 mins was barely 65 mins because of the time it took to walk to the treatment, receive the up-sell and covid protocol. 3. Hot tub jets didn’t work one day and the temperature was cold on another. 4. Housekeeping walked in on my unclothed spouse even though the privacy sign was on. 5. Food items were charged differently on two different days for the same food. The restaurant apologized for the order but the spa receptionist couldn’t care less and asked if I’d like to book another treatment. For >$1,000/day this is pretty ridiculous. The brightest part of our stay was the staff by the pool and the chef at La Hiki accommodating our son’s allergies. If I didn’t read four seasons on the main door I wouldn’t believe it was one. This just does not seem Four Seasons standard. Staff is unapologetic
