Aloha Briaehr, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry you did not know that we accommodate pretty much any request for breakfast. Our only expectation is that we need prior notice, like the night before is ideal for common substitutions, and more time for things like Vegan and gluten free choices. We are not a restaurant so we operate, on a seven day menu, which is posted on our website, and we do not necessarily have alternative ingredients available for on demand requests. We do continental breakfasts arranged for the night before as early as 7 am and "to go" breakfast for those with early departure times or for those who sleep in. The set menu allows us to serve the highest quality menu and presentation and has resulted in the highest level of guest satisfaction. This menu has been developed over 21 years of operations and meets the majority of our guests expectations and tastes. We hope to serve you again. Tom, Janice and Shelly

The room was very charming, clean, and a wonderful
