We can truly say that we "did" Maui....and I mean the entire island. Aurora Sands is in the perfect location to head in any direction and you feel that nothing is very far! Believe all of the reviews .....it is exactly as everyone has said....comfortable, clean, quiet, and furnished with all the goodies to make your vacation perfect. Great beach... More

This is a very nice condo. The kitchen is gorgeous and the bathroom is too. The view is outstanding. We watched whales and turtles that were very close. It is centrally located between Lahaina and Khei. The condo itself is very relaxing and quiet. The management is super nice and the people around there are great! The bed is uber... More

This condo has enough room for 4 adults. The kitchen has everything that is needed and then some. There is so much that there isn't room for food in the cupboards. The view is perfect for watching the boats go in and out at the harbor. Whale watching season was the best. There even were seals and manta rays in... More

Pros: View, local access to Harbor for snorkeling cruise, plenty of dishes and pots & pans. Good spot for kids with the calm beach access. Cons: Condo has one AC wall unit in living room. Bedrooms were very warm and made sleeping difficult. For me personally the condo really needed painting, floors were tile and had cracks and gauges. For the... More

The condo was clean and right next to the bus stop so we didn't need to rent a car. We saw whales from our balcony. Our last day a mom and baby spent most of the day giving us a show in the bay in front of us. Turtles were also in the harbor. A wonderful place, away from the... More

Since our 4th floor unit faced the ocean square on, we were able to whale and turtle watch from the lanai. Although the building is inside the harbor wall, you can see all the way down the South Maui coast and up to wind turbines on the West coast. The tile floor runs right out onto the lanai, making it... More

A friend and I recently stayed in unit # 202 Ma'alaea Yacht Marina. You open the front door into an airy and spacious condo with a mesmerizing and expansive view of the Ma'alaea Bay. The furnishings are "top of the line" with all the amenities you can possibly need. The pictures of the condo were exactly as depicted on the... More

Although a little dated, this 2/2 was easy to access even arriving at night. Completely Furnished with a sofabed in living room unit was comfortable for 5 adults. Best feature for us was lanai overlooking the Harbor where we spent lots of time. Coffee was also provided for us with coffee maker. Could have used more bathing soap for 5... More

We loved the central location of Maalaea and felt right at home in this condo. Relaxing on the spacious lanai, we saw lots of sea turtles and paddlers throughout the day that made us feel we were in paradise. We especially loved the evening with the gorgeous sunset skies and the lights of Kihei across the bay. The condo was... More

We stayed for 5 Days at the Aurora Sands #107 On Dec 29th to Jan 3,2014. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for my husband, myself and our 14 year old daughter. We absolutely loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening and watching the whales breaching. You could see turtles in... More
