My husband & I stayed in the Bamboo Studio for 1 night, a very last minute booking. Total cost: $346.38. ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: Easy. TIP: Owners ask that guests remove shoes. I've had a two foot surgeries & was permitted to wear my Crocs. • Amenities: Mini fridge. I believe they have some sort of coffee bar, but neither of us drink it. • Bath: Plenty of hot water & great pressure. Best shower we've ever had while traveling! They also provide high quality Alba Botanica products to use. TIP: There is a small screen window that does not close, but no one walked by. • Bed: Queen sized. The mattress is firm, but the sheets were soft! So good in fact I bought a set when we returned home. • Cleanliness: Immaculate • Decor: We absolutely loved the style! • Room temp: Decent. There is an A/C unit, but it takes several hours to cool the room. • Sound: No soundproofing, so you'll likely be woken up around 8:00 AM-ish when others start moving around. I wouldn't recommend.. um.. adult activities 😉 unless it's very late, & you're very quiet. • TV: Smaller size; average selection of channels • View: No view, but a beautiful property! Be sure to take a walk around the gardens. • WiFi: N/A CUSTOMER SERVICE: So so for the one night. Emails are not responded to quickly or at all. LOCATION: Nice residential area. PARKING: Free, but a bit tight. Would I recommend? Yes…
A tropical oasis in itself. Very romantic quiet and clean. The most beautiful artwork all around the property. Heather and Pavel are outstanding hosts and am thankful to have found them. I don't think i've stayed at a place like it. I cannot wait to return!
We spent 5 nights in the Ginger bungalow and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Pavel and Heather were very attentive and the attention to detail that they have given to the property was simply delightful. If you want a truly relaxing stay in an authentic venue...this place isn’t!
This place is perfect in every way!! It is now back on our bucket list to return. The surroundings were peaceful. The bungalow's are beautiful and clean. Heather and Pavel are amazing hosts and welcomed us with positive energy. We will be talking about this magical place in Lahaina forever!! Walking distance to beach and town. Privacy and gardens are breathtaking. We absolutely loved it here!!!
We stayed in this beautiful inn for 3 nights. It is a short walk to the beach and to Front St where all the shops and restaurants are located. Our bungalow (#4) was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We had a living area, a well-equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a lovely bathroom. There was also a lanai with an outdoor shower. Heather and Pavel gave us great suggestions for dining out and a luau. We loved it here and would definitely return.
Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the owners, and he could not have been any nicer. Very warm, friendly, helpful. He showed me the room, and pointed about helpful tips. It is a sweet place in a quiet neighborhood. An ocean view isn't important to me, since its a two minute walk to the ocean, and I prefer a garden setting. The only noise I heard during the night were birds and cats. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, clean and had nice amenities. I was 100% satisfied and definitely want to stay there again.
This place is amazing! From the perfectly trimmed lush gardens and the beautiful airy interior design of the cottages to the friendly owners who were always available to give tips to their guests for their stay in Maui, this accommodation was one of the highlights of our honeymoon trip. Walking distance to the centre of Lahaina (7 minutes) and the beach (3 minutes) but not at all noisy. Stayed at the Jasmine Suite which had a separate comfortable living room and kitchenette. Please note that the bathroom door is actually a light and airy screen which elegantly divides the bathroom with the bedroom and offers some degree of privacy. However, this may cause some people to feel self conscious.
Comfortable bed; absorbent towels; nice design accents, like Balinese windows, accent pillows, and a quilt I wanted to buy--you can tell the owners put some thought into creating the place and making it chic. The Ilikahi is tucked in a residential area--you wouldn't know it's there if you were walking by. It's for people who want peace and quiet away from the bustle of the Lahaina. But if you want, you can walk to Front Street. And: It's only a two-block walk to the beach where you can snorkel.
The accommodations are quiet comfortable and clean. The suite had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Lahaina. It is close enough to restaurants and shops that most people would be able to walk, yet it is far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. Kenneth and Wallace were both extremely friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was wonderful. I recommend staying here.
Great Balanese type chalets surrounded by lush greenery. Spacious suites with everything you will need for your stay. Very private. Laundry facilities. Easy walk to the beach and the town. Lovely little town full of restaurants and every shop you can think of. Aircon in the bedroom which is a godsend as the suite does get very hot. Bathtub and shower. Kitchen with hotplate and microwave which was enough for our needs. All in all a lovely place.
