Sure you can stay in a HUGE complex with 1000 people, OR you can stay at the Kuleana, in a beautiful WATERFRONT condo and go to sleep each night listening the surf 15 feet in front of you. We always recommend staying in one of the waterfront condos and we have stayed in most of them over the past six...

Great location. Facilities are a little dated but it works. Well kept and clean. People are relatively friendly. Minus the management. While we realize this is a condo complex it suffers from the same disease that many condo complexes do - run by old people with too much time on their hands. They seem to think they are the grand...

Amazing time spent here. Beautiful and we'll maintained. Quiet great location. Minutes from great snorkeling, shopping and grub. The views at supper and with the morning coffee took all our cares away. A great base for our Maui adventure. We will be back.

We have stayed at the Kuleana 3 times when have come to Maui! The property is well-maintained and very quiet. Most units are only one bedroom but will sleep 4 using the sleeper sofa in the living area. Not a really big unit, but for 2 people it is just fine. We take an oceanfront unit and you are steps...

We absolutely love coming to the Kuleana Resort. This is our 3rd trip here and loved our 2 bedroom condo #104 that we stayed in. This is a 2 bedroom condo with impeccable views along with being right next to the beach. You willl love this condo as it has 2 air conditioned bedrooms along with a nice sofa sleeper....

Our room was on the third floor, room 513. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit is smaller than most other resorts, but functional. We actually slept on the Murphy bed as opposed to the bedroom due to the traffic noise. We kept the fans on and listened to the waves crash all night.. The pool is...

We absolutely loved this resort! It's steps to a cute little beach that had so many sea turtles it was amazing! Very quaint feeling and well maintained. There is a pool and tennis courts but we mainly went to the beach which gives views of neighboring islands and a beautiful sunset. Very nice and clean unit - we can't wait...

We stayed in the 600 block and we're right on the water. The beach is small, but enough for us to enjoy. We loved being able to sit on the lanai and see the islands, palm trees and water. There was some surfing, but not a lot. The staff was extremely nice and militant about parking within the lines. We...

We had an old fashioned Hawaiian vacation at the Kuleana Resort. The unit we stayed (315) in did not have air conditioning. It was usually okay if you had the doors opened to let the breeze flow through. The days without wind were very hot and sticky. At night there were floor fans to help circulate the air. There was...

We stayed here for a week, and were put in two different units. Upon arriving in the first one, all of the plates and glasses had to be washed as they were dirty in the cupboards. There were roaches present, and on our fourth day there, an exterminator came knocking and woke us up to ask us why we were...
