Awesome property located in West Maui in a very safe and laid back neighborhood. My condo, #207 was nicely appointed with recent updates to the condo itself, but the furniture was showing signs of use and aging (not EXACTLY as pictured).. but still very comfortable and clean. Check in was a bit different than was stated on the email welcome...

Second time staying at the Kuleana. Had ground floor suite this time which was great for access to the beach and watching the sunsets. Would definitely stay here again. Very secure and well maintained.

Lovely complex. Great for couples and families. No elevators each unit has stairs to get in and out. Views spectacular!! Turtles swim just off the shore and are often sunning themselves in the sand. Quiet complex. Landscaping well done. Pool large. Close to other beaches, restaurants and shopping. Lots to see and do on the Island

Loved our stay in an oceanfront condo. Turtles swimming past were a daily distraction from the whales breaching-all visible from our balcony in early March. Grounds were immaculate and it was clearly a well-attended set of condos. Highly recommend!! Photos all taken from balcony.

We stayed here in February for mid-winter break. It was awesome! We swam in the pool at least once a day. Since they are privately owned, what is in each condo is different, but the common pool, bbqs, and beach are wonderful. There is ocean access in multiple places. The southern location is the lovely sandy beach and the middle...

You will hear cars all night and have to remember your key every time you want to get in to the grounds. Stay in inside condo , beachfront? , to avoid this. Parking is so tight your car doors will be dinged. But....beautiful grounds. Fun little beach. Very very nice pool. On site laundry .

The Kuleana consists of seven, two and three story buildings situated directly on the ocean. The front buildings offer better ocean views and less road noise but are less convenient to the parking lot and pool. We spent 16 nights in unit #302 which provided the best view and access to the heated pool and two ocean views from the...

Stayed at the Kuleana Condo Resort, Unit 310 for 8 nights. Let me begin by saying: I did my research. I must have looked at every mid-range condominium complex and resort in Maui before settling on the Kuleana. I chose this condo because: 1) LOCATION - wanted to be close to Lahaina Town and Kaanapali. 2) AMENITIES - we couldn't...

We booked a 3 night stay for a unit that became available which by the way it was described, it was being renovated. When we got there, it hadn't been renovated and since there was no photos of the particular unit, we were a little disappointed in the dated furnishing and fixtures. I doubt the unit changed much since the...

Sure you can stay in a HUGE complex with 1000 people, OR you can stay at the Kuleana, in a beautiful WATERFRONT condo and go to sleep each night listening the surf 15 feet in front of you. We always recommend staying in one of the waterfront condos and we have stayed in most of them over the past six...
