A smaller resort than many but we viewed that as a plus. Beautiful grounds. Clean and enjoyable pool, kiddie pool and spa/hot tub. Community/common area with fitness facility, kitchen, game room and computer. Rentals available for beach equipment. Clean beach towels

Been coming here many years and just love this quaint resort. Especially with the refurbishments to the room furnishings and decor. Now if they would up update the kitchens so they don't look like 1980's --- but they are well stocked and clean. One just has to get past the

This is an older timeshare property. We stayed in one of their standard hotel units, which was dated and the bathroom needed renovation (sharp edges, open rusty spots in the shower). The worst part was that the room had just a small window that was facing the hallway, so no

Thank you for taking the time and giving us your feedback. We apologize that the Hotel unit size was smaller than expected, and it interrupted your vacation stay with Kahana Falls. We hope this does not occur again in the future when visiting Maui.

We loved this little resort. Kahana is a quieter area on Maui. Our little suite was just fine for the two of us. We were in the 2 storey building at the back, so did not have a balcony. This would be my only complaint. It would have been nice to sit outside in the evenings

Located across the street from the ocean, this charming resort has it all - pools, hot tubs, waterfalls, lush gardens and nicely furnished and condos beautifully decorated in the Hawaiian style. Kitchens are well equipped and each unit has a lanai. Fondest aloha is presented

Is the swimming pool heated.
I don't know as we went in the Summer, but it is Hawaii. I don't think you will need heater even in the winter.

The room was fine honestly, We didn't have any complaints, other than a few ants when we left food out on the counter, which was silly on our part. for activities, we book whale watching with Makai Adventures, and it was great. Skyline Eco Adventures runs ziplining in Kaanapali and over on Haleakala as well. We've done both, and would recommend either, though Haleakala might be better for the first time. Pick any beach from Napili down to the Aquarium, and you will find one that you like more than others. Mostly depends what type of beach you want. I like the beach just south of Mama Leota's pies. Water is fairly shallow, and you can park and walk 20 steps to the water. For views, I like Hookipa beach, over towards Paia. Honestly, the Road to Hana, and the hike up to Waimoku Falls is my favorite thing to do. There are some pleasant surprises on that hike, like the bamboo. Plan some time for shopping on Front Street in Lahaina. There are some cool shops there. Our favorite breakfast spot is the Sunrise Cafe in Lahaina, pretty affordable, but so is Slappy Cakes, next to the Times grocery store. The Safeway is Lahaina is further away than the Times, but better prices and selection. Ok, enough ranting. Set aside a little chill time, its easy to run yourself to exhaustion. Enjoy, and feel free to reach out again if you have more questions.

what floor and size room is 2788
We did an RCI exchange and were given a tiny "studio" room. It faced the parking lot and highway and was terribly noisy. Two days later we were able to upgrade for about $70/night to the much nicer one bedroom unit with living room and dining room. It saved our vacation.

How close is the Maui airport {OGG}? Or is there another airport to use
i'd plan on an hour to get to the airport - lots of traffic on Maui.
