My wife and I spent a week at the Valley Isle Resort in Kahana, we had unit 109 on the ground floor and could be in the living room and get to the beach in 5 seconds. We swam with sea turtles w/ our snorkeling gear right at the beach out the back door. It was fantastic. The condo was...

We stayed at the Valley Isle Resort in Unit #605 owned by Gary & Geri of Partners in Paradise. It was the perfect place for us to stay. Didn't need all the hustle & bustle of a typical hotel. This was the perfect location, midway between Lahaina/Kaanapali and Napili/Kapalua. Direct beach access from the building across the most perfect lawn...no...

We just returned from our second trip to Maui, and both times we've stayed in this unit. We think it's just about perfect. It's not luxurious (which wouldn't be our style anyway), but it's bright and clean, spacious and attractive. The view is extraordinary with a wall of windows in front as well as on the side. It's so close...

First off, I would like to tell you that I am a Worldmark owner and stayed in one of the 14 rooms they occupy. The women at the front desk were not very friendly or informative. I was highly dissapointed to find out that we were given a ground floor room because I had read that all Worldmark rooms had...

VIR-Rental-Owners, Owner at Valley Isle Resort 401 & 402, responded to this review

As representatives of the private condo owners at the Valley Isle Resort, we’d like to thank LeahBelle22 for clearly acknowledging that her complaints are with her timeshare company and her assigned room location, and not with the Valley Isle Resort. As we have said in the past, we feel the 35 timeshare units at the Valley Isle Resort may not...

We stayed in #1004, a corner unit. The owners, Barbara & Richard French were very wonderful to work with. The unit had 2 Lanai's and was beautiful. We fell asleep every night hearing the waves. The resort is in a great location; not too far, but not in the tick of everything. Very peaceful, and the views .... spectacular. The...

My husband of two weeks and I are staying here currently and love it! Very nicely furnished one bedroom condo with full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave...etc. I was surprised to find we even had a blender! It's right on the waterfront and the view is breathtaking. In our room, one whole side of the wall is pure windows...

We stayed in unit 108 at VI Resort. Well equiped, great lanai. Easy to work with owners. We loved sitting outside and being able to walk right out onto the grass. Kitchen was well equipped, really enjoyed the free wifi, especially the teenagers. Pool was warm enough to make up for the chill of the tradewinds that were blowing. Front...

Sure, you could pay more, and find greater luxury somewhere else, but it would be really tough to find a better location and better place for the value you find here. As the photos make clear, the location is absolutely right on the water, and the overwhelming majority of rooms look directly down on the beach. The pool, though not...

We booked this "resort" in December. It's one of our Diamond Resort affiliates and didn't cost as many points as the Kaanapali Beach Club. It's nice and quaint, and not a typical resort. No hot tub, small pool, that doubles as a hot tub since they keep it quite warm. If you want cold water, the ocean is right there....

My husband and I stayed here for the last 3 days of our 5 week honeymoon. Our family has a timeshare with VI and we were unable to stay at Papakea for our 10 days in Maui, only 7 so we stayed here for the last 3. After seeing our view, I would have wished we spent the entire time...
