I love this place. This is the first time I had problems . The only problem is the roosters next door screaming from 400 am to 400 pm every day . Also I saw many roaches in my room which I never had before. Even after exterminator came, 2 days later, they were worse. I noticed the dumpster in the...

Aloha, Kat! Thank you for returning to The Gardens at West Maui. We truly appreciate your loyalty and highest rating. Please accept our apology for the disturbance from our "fowl" neighbors and the unwanted visitors in your guest unit. Our aggressive pest control program typically has excellent results keeping the critters outside where they belong, and we are sorry that...

Good hotel in a great location to walk to best beach on Maui. One bedroom units have kitchen (frig and stove/oven) to help keep costs down. Also has two full baths to accommodate guests on a sofa sleeper in living room. Within walking distance to great restaurants as well and a very short drive to others. For the cost, this...

We visited here in late Nov 2016. This was my 1st time to the gardens at west Maui. It is located in Napili, which is in west Maui about 30 min north of Lahaina. The facility is a two storey motel type conversion of mostly studios and 1 bedroom condos. The 1 Bedroom was about 500 sq ft in total...

My husband and I and our two friends stayed here for one week. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and I thought that the overall setup was pretty good. The bedroom had its own full bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the unit as well, so each couple had their own bathroom. There is a washer...

We stayed for two weeks, February 2017. A timeshare swap for us. It's about 1 hour drive from Kahului airport. The place has Kapalua golf course on one side and I'm guessing a "rooster farm" on the other side. The roosters didn't bother us but we are used to the country. The pool is quite shaded and heated by the...

We stayed 3 weeks (Jan17-Feb 7,2017). It's a simple complex with comfortable units. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, 1 bedroom but 2 bathrooms. Heidi at front desk is friendly and helpful. Just walk across the street to Kapalua Bay or Napili Bay. No need to find parking. We had a front unit with a street view from the lanai, it gave...

We stayed here for one week and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are fairly dated but still comfortable. We had a one bedroom and worked out perfectly for us. Every unit has its own wifi that worked out nicely. We would stay here again.

We bought this time share 20 years ago. This is our first trip back. The room is ok but the couch is super uncomfortable. It is a pull out bed tho. The flock of chickens next door have 3 roosters that like to wake up around 4ish and pretty much cockles all day. So if you're wanting peace and quiet,...

We were looking forward to our stay in Maui since we had never been there before. First thing we saw was a roach in the kitchen. Since I grew up with roaches I became anxious when ever I see one. So I went down to the office the next day and asked to be moved. I was told they were...

Aloha, Diane. Thank you for your visit and feedback. We are disappointed we fell short of expectations. Please accept our apology for the unwanted visitors. Our pest control service typically does a great job of keeping the critters, a product of Maui's tropical climate, outside where they belong. We are sincerely sorry for the intrusion. We are also sorry the...

We enjoyed our week-long holiday at the Gardens at West Maui. Our unit was roomy, clean, & comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the street for access to the ocean beach where we swam with the turtles every day we were there! We also loved taking hikes on the Kapalua Trail along the volcanic rock trail with views...
