This was a solid choice. It's not fancy, but it has everything you might want from a one BR condo. The little things were nice - not just beach stuff like a snorkel mask, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - but also condiments, cooking oil,...More
We enjoyed our stay in Maui Vista #2110. Great location (about a block away) to a great swimming and sandy beach (Charlie Young Beach). There were beach chairs, towels and umbrella available for use. The unit is on the ground floor and close but not...More
would not stay in this unit again but would stay at the maui vista, as it has a great location and the staff are very courteous. The grounds are well maintained and amazing landscaping. The unit needs a good cleaning,(especially the bathroom) and the owner...More

Maui Vista 3415 - this was the worst part of our whole stay in Maui. This condo is old and outdated but I could handle that if it had been clean! Where to start?? Living Room - dirty old carpet, needed to be vacuumed when...More

I have a friend that lives in Building 1 and I personally have stayed in all three buildings. When we stayed in building 3, we rented the top floor. If it is anything like building ones floor plan, it has a open loft that looks down on the living room. It may have one big bed or two twins and a half bathroom. 418 should look out towards the parking lot and towards the West Maui mountains, BUT you should have a killer view. Now the negative about being on the top floor is, the elevators break down a lot as they did during our stay. The last thing we wanted to do is hike stairs after a long day in Hana. Lastly, BRING EARPLUGS!!! on the fourth floor, you are at treetop level. Between the Mynah birds, Doves and parrots/lovebirds they are LOUD!!! The widows are glass louver type and do not block out the noise. Hope all this helps. If you want to know great eats, check out mu other reviews from Maui. ALOHA!!

"1102 was fun and colorful. We loved our room last time. But I am now a big fan of staying on the ground floor!"
