I was fine with this site as read many reviews here, so I had reasonable expectations and was not disappointed like others. These are 30 yr old condos that their owners have managed for lease as vac condos. At that age, expect older appliances and bathrooms with some chipped tiles...like staying at a friend,s older home and you'll b fine....

Aloha from India. We had a memorable stay at the Palms at the Wailea in the last week of May. Travelling all the way from India, we were visiting our daughter and family in Ca. This was our first ever visit to Hawaii. Being our 50 years of togetherness, we were happy to accept this invitation for spending this holiday...

Aloha to our guests who come to us from far away India. We are pleased to hear that your family time was so satisfying and that the time and effort to get here was rewarded. Thank you for pointing out all of our amenities as the readers will appreciate hearing it from the guest perspective. I particularly appreciate hearing the...

We stayed here for 5 days and found the Condos very spacious and clean, yes they could do with a face lift but it was not spoil anything. You had everything in the condos that you needed but they drink a lot of coffee so take your own teabags! We stayed at the start of April so it is a...

Recently visited this Condo Rental and was actually quite surprised. The condo was actually big enough for four to six people. There was a full kitchen with all cooking essentials. I would recommend you bring any spices etc. because there was only salt and pepper. I saved a lot of money cooking fresh food and had great family time since...

This was our second and a much looked forward to trip. The resort has gone downhill since our last visit. The pool is much much much too small for the capacity of the resort. On 9 out of 10 days of our trip we were unable to find seats at the pool. The day when there were seats it was...

The property is beautifully landscaped and offers a refreshing amount of privacy. Most units have an open floor plan and all have a ground level, or a balcony lanai, all with lounge chairs and an outdoor grill. I have stayed at the Palms of Wailea, several times, and each unit can vary considerably, in terms of furnishings, and the need...

If you want to stay in the quieter and "grander" Wailea but not prepared to pay the much higher accommodation prices than Kihei offers, this resort is a great compromise. Located at the north end of Wailea just before it morphs into Kihei, it provides facilities and prices between those of the fancy Wailea resorts and the more affordable ones...

We had a fantastic stay here. I was hesitant after reading some reviews, however our unit (1904) was clean & well stocked. The beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and beach umbrella all came in handy, as we went to the beach almost everyday. The spacious lanai was wonderful for bbq ing dinner. You will need to clean the kitchen well...

We were in room 2204 for a week. It is advertised as an ocean view room. That's a bit of a stretch. If a tsunami was happening, yes, you could then see the ocean. The room itself was very spacious which was appreciated. Ours was a large 1 bedroom with two bathrooms. I loved the two lanais and listening to...

After writing many reviews, this is the hardest! First, a friend highly recommended The Palms at Wailea and yes, it is a beautiful property that is overall gorgeous and a great location! Wonderful flowers, nicely upkept grass and nice pool. Even though it's small, we did thoroughly enjoy relaxing around it and could always get chairs. However, before we left...
