Hoaloha, this is a very good central location in Maui for snorkelers like us, more or less midway between the West Side and South Side Maui spots. Our rental was clean & tidy and perfect for a couple. We were never more than 40 minutes south or north of where we wanted to go, and this place was a great...

It was great!! Price was good found it on homeaway but Rentals Maui was the place that cares for it and you go straight to them as well. W/D was nice since we stayed for weeks but going home with clean clothes is nice to! Everything was great manager is a neighborhood cop basically and if you don't park tight...

We got a good deal on one of the condos for our vacation. The location is across the street from beach access. It's so easy! The exterior of the condo is nothing special, but the interior of ours was very nice. Parking was in the periphery of the the building and easily accessible.

We've stayed in two different condos here - through VRBO - over the last three years. Except for the "ghost ants" (what can ya do? We're on an island in the Pacific!)... our stays have been perfect. The suites we've stayed in are casual and comfortable. We've enjoyed both our stays immensely. The road noise during our second stay is...

This hotel is in an easily accessible area to get to the airport, south, east or west sides. It was clean and had everything we needed. It isn't fancy but all you really need to eat and sleep. The beach across the street wasn't the greatest but its easy to drive down the road to some awesome beaches. When we...

Lovely studio apartment. Located just off Kihei road, but it's quiet and there are plenty of amenities. Lanai overlooks the center courtyard with tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ area. Onsite laundry room was clean and inexpensive. Beach is a block away - can you say "Sunsets!" and restaurants are a short jaunt. The room we stayed in had new...

We stayed in unit B213 for two weeks in January 2017. This is an older complex, although many units, like ours have been upgraded. Unit B213 was clean and modern. The King bed was very comfortable and the furnishings & kitchen were great. Bathroom/shower great. Lots of beach stuff (chairs, snorkel, etc). The Management company provided helpful information. Good free...

We stayed here for a week last November for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Our little Villa was cozy, clean and had all the amenities needed. The pool area was nice and had a BBQ spot. Plenty space for parking in case you rent a car. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I highly recommend this place if you...

We stayed here four our 20th anniversary. Unit 149. Parking is plentiful and everybody there is very nice. Even the locals didn't mind us tourists. Right across the street is a nice little beach with a barrier around it. Wading depth out to it. We saw some sea turtles hanging out. It's great for small children. Everything you need is...

Kihei is a great base for seeing the rest of the island. The complex has a few permanent residents who were absolutely great people! They were friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome! My Mum left her phone on the bench outside one evening and when she had realised and I went out to look for it the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Kihei Bay Surf is built around a central courtyard, with almost all units facing into the landscaped area. The buildings are low rise (only two stories). Although this is an economical property, the grounds are well cared for, clean, pleasant and tidy. The grounds feature a swimming pool, hot-tub, tennis court, and a BBQ area with gas grills. A coin-operated laundry room is located on grounds. Unit Description and Amenities: These are very well equipped studios and are certainly comfortable for one or two people. Each unit has a queen bed in addition to the living area furniture (don't worry - you don't need to sleep on a sofa bed). The fully equipped kitchen features fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All units have ceiling fan, A/C, cable television, telephone, and a front deck or balcony with outdoor table/chairs. ... more   less
