This hotel was tiny but did have a great restaurant that should not be missed. The rooms were clean but not quiet, walls were thin. But at 1/4 of the Four Seasons well worth it. The hotel is great if your looking to explore the island and use it as a base

We were island hopping and exploring and like to do some off-the-beaten path places and decided on Lanai. Unfortunately, the weather gods stranded us at the Honolulu Airport for an unexpected overnight (our plane tried to land but turned back) and chaos the next day (tiny airline only re-seated one of us on the next day's flights - what a...

We instantly fell in love with hotel lanai. You feel like you have traveled back in time. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home! Our room was spacious and quaint. We had dinner in the dining room and it was incredible! We can not wait to come back some day! Aloha🌺

Rooms are nice but small. Reminiscent of 1930's. A sweet place with nice grounds. The dining room has been remodeled and is not as nice as we remembered from the past. Rooms run around $300 and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The food in the dining room is overpriced for the quality of food. This has been...

If your into camping with four walls .. this is the place for you! The immediate sight of the room is quite quaint and appealing, with windows open for fresh air, however, after close inspection and closing the windows you begin to smell that damp musty, almost cat pee smell ,, mainly from the type of plantation that grows there,...

Lanai isn't cheap. Hotel rooms can run well into the hundreds of dollars, if not a thousand, per night. That's unfortunate, as a trip to Lana'i is a great excursion added to your Hawaiian vacation. Fortunately, there's Hotel Lana'i. This hotel is situated in Lana'i City, so it's essentially in the center of the island. That means you can get...

My wife and I have visited Lanai before but this was our first time staying at Hotel Lanai. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the patio which is a beautiful setting and the food was excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is quaint with very well manicured grounds. The staff are helpful and will go the extra mile to help out. For a place that was built in the 1940's it faired well after a surface remodel. The room is clean, simple but Nicky decorative and a comfortable bed. Mini fridge, ice chest, wind glasses and ice bucket are...

The room was adequate, yet outdated in many respects. The staff was very friendly. It is right in the heart of Lanai City within walking distance of stores, but everything in Lanai City is within walking distance. I guess we could have stayed in one of Mr. Ellison's $1500 - $3500 per night rooms instead. :-)

Hotel Lanai is a special place if you like historic places to stay. It is small but very charming. Rooms vary in size and we had one of the smallest but the bed was comfortable and place was clean. Only criticism is that there is no furniture on the front porch and no lobby. Dining tables and chairs take up...
