We spent a week at the Alii Kai II resort before Easter. Superby re-decorated condo units were smartly appointed, full amenities, and very comfortable. Shana D made our stay all the more enjoyable by arranging a fantastic helicopter flight and a sunset dinner cruise on a large catamaran. Easy to access places of interest and restaurants and shopping from this...

We exchanged here through RCI. Our 2 bedroom unit (10D) appeared to be recently renovated and was beautiful. Our view was of gardens and greenery, although there were other condos on the other side of the greenery, you hardly knew they were there. Unit was clean and comfortable with four adults. Only minus was the jets in the hot tub...

Many of the Ali'i Kai condos have been renovated to a high quality, resort grade. However, there are some that have not been renovated and suffer with a poor quality, screens that don't keep out the bugs, etc. So buyer beware! The newly renovated condos (2014) are beautiful, with lovely furnishings and appointments. The master shower is beautiful. Our only...

The unit that we had was 10E and was a 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths. The unit was very well maintained and stocked. The Hot Tub was great and the pool although a little cold was always clean. The view of the mountains was very nice but we had no view of the ocean. The grounds are well maintained...

We had an end unit on a bluff. Views were amazing from both bedrooms and the family room. We could hear the ocean 24/7. Staying in a condo saved alot of money since you.can cook and nor eatout. Also has washer and dryer so we didn't have bring 9 days worth of close. Yes I would recommend

We exchanged through TPI and we stayed in unit 8A Jan 10-17. It is in the same parking lot as the office. The unit was a ground floor corner 2bd 2 bath. Lots of room, kind of dated, well equipped kitchen, and their is an ice machine in the freezer. Parking was always close to the unit, and very available....

A hidden gem in Princeville. Recently completed interior renovations make the 2 bedroom condos 4 1/2 star accommodations. Partial ocean views are a big plus. Well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances.

Apartments were even better than the description. They had there everything you need for a long stay. We were in the building 5, which is facing the ocean. You can see many rainbows from your balcony if there is raining. Book upper floor, otherwise you gonna hear every sound from the apt above you.
