This resort has great views and some very friendly staff members, however, don't be fooled! The resort is out of date and in desperate need of updating. There were a few broken things in our unit (like a dresser drawer that wouldn't stay closed) and...More

Super Shuttle is an option but renting a car on the island is really a must. I recommend two companies to book a car. Discount Hawaii Car Rental and Costco Travel. The resort is an hour from the airport. Depending on the type of car will depend on the cost. I paid $225 for my last weekly trip. What you do is book on the site and keep checking closer to your stay for the price to go down and then rebook it. I prefer to book with Alamo and sign up for their awards program and the night before you pre check in and avoid the long lines by going directly to the car via the outside sales people. Do not accept them filling up your tank. There are gas stations within 5 minutes. Thats a rip off.
