This is our second stay at the Prince Kuhio condos. Our unit this time was on the second floor, #234, on the west end of the building, and it was just great. Modern, clean and equipped with air conditioning. A few of our favorite things about PK's are the pool, the location, the parking garage, the wash bay and the... More

The Prince Kuhio Condos are right across the road from Lawa'i Beach, one of the south shore's most popular snorkeling beaches. It is just west of Prince Kuhio Park, which makes it quiet (except for the ever-present birds). Beaches, coffee, restaurants, hikes are all within easy reach. The condos are individually-owned, so the maintenance and upkeep may vary some. These... More

We have stayed here at PK 3 times and have enjoyed the different accommodations each room affords. The grounds are very well maintained, the pool perfect and the BBQ a great way to prepare your local catch. We discover something new each time we come to the Poipu area. Great snorkeling. Beautiful gardens.

We stayed at Prince Kuhio in condo no p335. The place is located just opposite a great beach where you could actually snorkel and see superb variety of marine fishes. There is also a snorkel rental in case you need one. Re the condo: good location, but its an old place as mentioned in many reviews. P335 is a studio... More

This condo is OLD and poorly organized. This whole complex used to be a motel and it shows. It was crowded, bad bathroom set up and NO A/C while the other units do. You hear them all night because you HAVE to have both doors (Huge sliding glass door and front door) open all night. There was a ceiling fan... More

This is a nice, quiet complex with condos of different sizes. We stayed in a studio condo, but that was plenty of room for us since we spent more time exploring the island. The room belongs to a friend, so we got a very good price, but even without "friend prices," this place is a bargain. Just a short walk... More

We rented a studio for four days before we headed to our timeshare in Princeville. The accommodations were basic, but the bed was comfy, and the room was clean and well stocked. The Lanai overlooks a park and we could see the ocean. Lots of chickens and roosters as well as wild pigs that cruised by each night. Excellent snorkeling... More

Lots has already been said, so I'll keep this concise. 1. A friend, who has stayed at Prince Kuhio on two occasions, one month each time, recommended PK. 2. We stayed in 319 for two weeks. Modest. Spotless. Well equipped. Bright. Loved it! No A/C... Don't need it. 3. The view from the lanai looks out onto a large park... More

Charming place conveniently located in the south with easy access to the west, east, and north side. Grocery shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to many attractions. Ideal for couples. Got it via Airbnb. All the descriptions are correct and communicate well with the owners who provide detailed directions to the property and get around. It was a pleasant experience.
