There was one in the building where we stayed, along with stairs; don't know about the others. The "entry level" is the second floor. There was a short set of stairs if you went to the right coming down from the parking area. If you go around to the left, you can wheel luggage down barrier free to the elevator or beyond to level 2 apts.
