Overall a great place. More adult oriented which was nice. Great lawn and beach access. Staff all friendly and helpful. Only negative to me was prices at pool bar $14.00 for a gin tonic is just stupid and hard to understand. Regular stores sell liquor so buy your own for the pool or beach.

Everything thus far at this resort has been picture perfect - the room, the service, the food and the ocean view. In addition, the location for exploring the island is excellent if you have a car. We have been delighted in every respect and look forward to two more nights here.

Remember the TV Show "Cheers", and their song that states "I want to go where everybody knows you name. I want to go where everybody's glad you came". Folks, this is it. The service here is awesome from the front of the property to the back. It starts at the Valet Stand with awesome people who do truly enjoy their...

We spent the second half of our 10-day Hawaii trip at the Koa Kea. It's a very well maintained property with a nice pool and lounging area. It's a very low-key place, most couples and older folks. You have to walk a ways to get to the beach from this hotel. Service was great. The restaurant was a little too...

Had part of my honeymoon here. Worth trip, worth the stay. We had an ocean view room... nothing like it! Amazing to wake up with the sound of the ocean. Places to eat were faily close as we tried not to eat at the hotel. Thumbs up!

We were thrilled with the feeling of the Koa Kea from the minute we were greeted by the young man when we drove up to the hotel. Angelea greeted us with a smile and was truly happy we arrived. She talked to us to see if we wanted to do any excursions or if we just wanted to kick back...

Koa Kea is the only hotel in Poipu that has a boutique feeling with all the amenities of a larger resort (especially when compared to neighboring Marriott and Sheraton). There is a beautiful beach in front with excellent snorkeling. The pool has a nice layout and never felt crowded. We enjoyed having a ground level room for easy access to...

having 7 grandchildren that we adore, we loved being at this resort and not having children splashing in the pool or making noise during our dining times. the location has it all, view of sunsets, snorkeling nearby, watching paddle boarders, and surfers, and a wonderful footpath along the shore

We stayed here based on TA reviews and were not disappointed. Charming small property with excellent staff. The valet/bellman were super friendly and always addressed us by name. The only reason for the 4 star rating was the room. We arrived late at night to a very cool room with soft music playing and fresh ice water and macadamia nut...

We stayed here for 2 weeks in November 2016. Had an amazing stay, we were lucky enough to have an Ocean front room for the duration of our stay. Listening to the waves crashing every night and watching the sunset from our balcony, it's just what you need to transport you into another place. This was probably one of our...
