Upon check in I found out the suite I had booked was on the second floor with the tram right below. But the presidential suite was open as the woman who was staying in it wanted too move too a smaller suite. That should of got my attention but it didn't. The room is 5 or 6 hotel rooms plus....

Thank you for your review. Although it is unusual for us to hear that a room is too big, we understand your concern and would like to apologize that you were not satisfied with the accommodations. We hope you will consider staying with us again the next time your travels bring you to our area. We would be happy to...

My husband decided to surprise me for our 10th and brought me here. I have to admit that I was really skeptical based on the reviews, I was especially worried about getting a smelly old room. However, now that I've had the pleasure of staying here the last four days, I have my own findings.... * WALKING - If you...

Our original booking was the Ocean Tower. Not familiar of the layout I started to do some research and read some reviews. We upgrades to an ocean front view in the Lagoon Tower. The room quality is part of the whole vacation experience for us. First impression of room 4302 was 'very nice, clean, large room'.....but to find out the...

The Hilton experience was amazing. Employees all were so pleasant, food was delicious at all the restaurants. Loved the charming boat transportation, convenient trains and fun water slides. Great shopping close by and such great excursions with very informative guides.

We have been regulars of the Hilton Waikoloa since 2006 and are loyal customers, but we will NEVER stay here again. Where to begin. For the price you pay, and the way they advertise, you expect a true resort experience. Not the case. During our recent stay, we have had hotel staff at all levels who are put out to...

I appreciate your review of your recent experience at our hotel, especially as a return guest. Please accept my apology for the disappointing service that you received related to staffing, the room condition and treatment at the pool during the event. Our team will review this so that we can improve. We will be working to renovate older rooms in...

We stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa for 3 nights (March 26-27). Checking in was fast and getting to our building at the Ocean Terrace was fun on the tram. Our room was on the 8th floor, #35. From the elevator to the room was quite a distance. The door seemed outdated and we had to push hard to get in....

This property is a resort with 5 hotel sized structures on site. You take a boat or train to your bulding and could be another 100 m to your room. If you self park you will be 100m from the lobby. Once in its all there but it does take a patient person to locate all amenities. The Luau is...

The Hilton Waikoloa is a very nice resort, however the distance to walk to get around to the beaches from an ocean view room leaves a little bit to be desired. The resort could use better accesses for people in wheelchairs or with handicap means having a room on the third floor with an ocean view was absolutely fabulous. We...

We stayed for a week at Hilton Waikoloa Village and learned valuable tips from reading reviews. For people who complain about the prices, they are on par with other high and higher end resorts. Valet Parking is the way to go, for $5 more than the required self-park you save yourself the hassle and LONG walk to get to your...

If you are looking for a cosseted, pampered resort experience, the Hilton Waikoloa Village probably isn't it. If you are looking for a well run, extensive, spacious, variety filled resort as a base for exploration even beyond the grounds, it's hard to imagine better. The variety of restaurants is amazing just on site. And a short walk (or shuttle) brings...
