I own a timeshare at the Bay Club down the street from HWV. I will be there for a week in Aug. with my grandchildren. Can We use the pool facilities at HWV? Is there a wristband that people who stay there have to use the pools and slides? Thank you!

Thanking about the Palace Tower or Lagoon Tower. I remember heard something about reserved/assigned area along the pool or lagoon side that only Makai guests can use. However, when I check on the official website, there is no mention about it, only special offers on cabana. I don't want to rent a cabana but am afraid too many people during summer that I can't find a chair near the pool/lagoon to use. So if staying in Lagoon Tower has the privilege of the reserved area, I am willing to pay more to stay there. Otherwise, I would rather to book a room in Palace Tower since it's cheaper but newer. Anyone staying in the hotel very recently can confirm their Makai experience?
