We found the Hilton Waikoloa Village to have everything we wanted for a relaxing break. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, friendly staff and lots of places to relax by the many pools or lagoon. We stayed in Ocean Tower and while the room was a bit dated it was spacious and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I had a very enjoyable stay at this resort. It is beautifully landscaped with trees, native plants and flowers. There was water everywhere. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful. She took the time to make sure I understood everything about the hotel and answered all of my questions. My room was in the ocean tower and quite far...

This is a huge hotel that you have to take a tram to get around or walk at least ten minutes to get to anything, including your car. It is clear the hotel wants you to stay on the grounds for your entire stay - however, if you did, why would you bother to come to Hawaii at all? Yes,...

Sunsets are amazing. Food is not ( or is seriously overpriced) Engineering staff very polite and friendly. Needing them to repair plumbing twice was not. Two desk clerks were amazingly helpful and informative, two others were not helpful and gave partial, incomplete information. "Tram" and boat transportation were cool, but they were also frustratingly slow. Food, drinks, cabanas were all...

When my wife booked us at the Hilton, we didn't realize how beautiful and comprehensive a resort it is. It is a very large property but Hilton has done a good job making everything accessible with a train and a boat, though we didn't generally use them because they come infrequently and we preferred to walk. The views of the...

My husband and I rarely get to have time away so staying at the Hilton was a treat. It is a beautiful property with an accommodating staff. We would be happy to stay again! Take advantage of the car rental and peruse the island. There is a lot to see. Wish we would have had a few more days here...

Resort is huge and has a lot to offer. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Pools are terrific. Kids had fun taking the canal boats. The tram is convenient since the resort is huge but you can walk if you want to get some exercise. Be sure to go to Buddha Point to watch the sun set and take some amazing...

We dropped in here for our last few days on the island when we decided to return back to the west side. We were disappointed in Waikoloa Village. Maybe we had too high expectations but overall was left feeling unsatisfied. Pros: - We got upgraded to their "premier" (lol) tower with ocean front view due to Hilton Gold status. -...

Cannot say enough about this wonderful experience! The Aloha greeting at valet, warm smiles at front desk, hello from all staff, cheerfulness of tram and boat staff, excellent food options, cleanliness, not over crowded, lots of water options! The sunset dinner at KPC was the highlight of our weeks stay! Five stars!

If you are going to the Big Island of Hawaii, the Hilton Waikoloa is the place to stay. From check in to check out this property and it's staff gives you the "aloha" spirt. As I checked in, the front end associate (Samantha) was so genuinely pleasant and made sure all my needs were addressed. She really took the time...
