Nice large units with a 2 sided lanai. Sofa bed was even comfortable which hardly ever happens. Convenient location and great staff. Have stayed here before and would do so again. Swimming pool was close and nice.

The Bay Club is a beautiful resort. It is walking distance (no more than 10 minutes walking) from the main hotel and amenities. The views from the terraces are breathtaking! If you don't want to walk you can take a shuttle. It passes every 30 minutes and it takes you to the shops, grocery store and main hotel !

Nice large units in a great location (close to A Bay). Updated decor. The pool isn't much to see but the units are large and have a nice kitchen. They look older from the outside but they appear to have been updated inside. Also, they have large lanais.

My husband and I arrived at the sprawling resort complex in the early afternoon, a short (half hour) drive from the Kona Airport. It took two tries to find the correct HGVC check-in office, but everyone was pleasant and helpful. We were surprised and happy that the unit was ready for us ahead of check-in time. We had been called...

This was our 7th stay at Bay Club. We enjoy the large condo at Waikoloa. We stock up at Costco and the Kona farmers market, right from the airport. Everyone is very nice. Bay Club is great for couples or families that don't mind no access to the Hilton hotel very fancy pools (for no charge). The pools are available...

Great place to stay. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. If you don't have it they will get it for you immediately. Bar prices are a little steep, but if you don't feel like going out its the next best thing.

Love this little gem just north of Kona. We will be back again next year. The beach is very accessible and there is a great little shopping center within walking distance. Service was great and the staff is very friendly

We booked two weeks at this resort. This was a beautiful resort with very large rooms and balconies. But the manager and check in person, Gloria both have attitudes. We were told there would be a resort fee for parking. I stepped out to call RCI to inquire if this true. It was not true. So I asked to speak...

The Bay club is conveniently located with excellent condo properties. Customer service is excellent. Lots of pools so they're never too crowded. Tons of walking trails in the surrounding areas to enjoy. Great views!!! We were in room 436 which is the top floor. The balconies are HUGE which makes the condo that much bigger.

Shame on the Bay Club for deciding after eight years of feeding the feral cats there, to stop feeding them and therefore allow them to starve to death. The property would not allow rescue groups to trap, neuter, return, and to feed them. They chose instead to work with a group who will kill the feral cats. Bad Judgement all...
