Very nice facilities, a few cockroaches, but s little far away from everything. Staff was crazy nice and helpful, a little skimpy on grills, waited an hour to get on a grill, no one was willing to hurry or share half a grill...other than that, if you can get a good price it's a great place

When you arrive, you are treated through out your stay by the friendliest and helpful staff you could ever want. We very much look forward to staying here. Just the atmosphere makes you relax, but at the same time the Big Island offers everything you could want in the Hawaiian Islands without the crowds

Highly recommended for location, cleanliness, services, and great staff! Will come again! Great for solo vacation or just a couples getaway! Kid friendly as well, with water slide at one of pools! Can't say enough good things!

This was our 2nd visit to Hawaii, and our first condo stay. I don't cook on vacation, but the kitchen was fully equipped and almost tempted me to break my no-cooking rule. The suit was huge, the dryer much used for our pool/beach towels (provided in room). We could easily walk to the Hilton, some of the other units would...

This was our first family vacation with the HGVC club. My son had the best time at the pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to do it again. We loved the island and tried to drive around the entire island and see as much as we can. The helicopter ride across the volcano is the best.

Annual visit to Big Island is well supported by staying at Bay Club. Although not a beach front property, it is has close access to a number of great beaches for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. We enjoy the quiet resort character, ease of access to grills and pools, ample happy hour options on site( with live music), and friendly...

The best resort we have ever stayed at. Staff is the best, you have the choice of three pools and two snack bars. In a great location. Great restaurants abound in the area and beach is a short walk or drive away. Weather in area is almost always dry but can get windy at times. Parking is free and available.

We just spent a great week at the Bay Club vacation properties. The suite was nicely decorated with a full kitchen and laundry in - suite. Upkeep was excellent and the amenities were perfect. Never any problems with parking and Wi-Fi was adequate. We just printed boarding passes at the office and and are sorry to leave so soon!

We've been coming to the Bay Club for over 10 years. We get a 2 bedroom penthouse unit so we can bring friends or family. The 2 bedroom units are very large (roughly 1,200 sq. ft), and the lanai can easily hold 8+ people comfortably. Also, being at Waikoloa, the Bay Club is in the heart of the "resort area",...

I happily return to my timeshare at Waikaloa each year. I know enough to shop elsewhere (Costco near the airport for starters!) and love the ice cream place and the fish market up the road. Prefer the Bay Club for the larger living space, although older.
