Reserved a one bedroom villa and were upgraded to two bedrooms. Very convenient to have ALL the amenities & supplies in-house. It's 5 min to have-it-all local KTA superstor and a nice and compact shopping center with a fine coffee shop for breakfast. Takes about half an hour to some of the best beaches on Hawai'i e.g. Hapuna Bay.

We spent a week in Pahoa and had two nights to fill before our South Kona District week, we decided to go towards the Kahola district and selected Paniolo Greens through Travelocity. After reading TA reviews we asked for a 2nd floor unit with good breezes and were booked into D204. On the 2nd hole, it is two floors, we...

I would have given this place 4 stars+ BUT there is a serious downside and that is how the condos are stacked on top each other. First and foremost, the best, by far are the two bedroom bottom floor units that back up to the greens (as in golf). The worst are the second floor units which actually are two...

My wife and I wanted to do something special for our 50th Anniversary so we arranged for a week's stay at Paniolo Greens. Our Sister-in-law made the reservations and we could not have been more pleased. The unit was a two-story with 2BR +2BA and it was great. The staff was most helpful and very responsive to our requests. The...

clean, spacious, and beautiful! we also love the full kitchen with dishes, appliances, and outdoor bbq's so we could cook a few meals. the staff is also exceptional! the only warning i have for people is that this resort does not offer any dining services and is a bit far from any restaurants, so its ideal to stock up on...

We were the happy recipients of a week's stay at this perfectly situated Big Island property via a pretty low bid on Hotwire! After we found out it was Paniolo Greens, I immediately came to Tripadvisor to read more about this place and felt even more fortunate. Checking in, I remembered to ask about a second floor condo (for the...

We booked this place through Expedia after running as fast as we could away from filthy Uncle Billy's in Kona. Nevertheless, both my husband and I travel on business so we are objective on hotel reviews. We absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed in a 2 story unit that was very lovely. We had a view ofthegolf course....

We stayed for a week at the Paniolo Greens at Waikoloa as a family over the week of Christmas. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit was very clean and had very nice furnishings. We had everything we needed in the kitchen too and it was very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The pool and facilities associated with it...

Stayed in 2-story, 2 BR/2BA at Paniola Greens during late September through second week of October. There have been a lot of improvements made to the property since we stayed there 10+ years ago such as renovated pool facilities, tennis courts and clubhouse. All the amenities of home in the condo unit with fully equipped (albeit small) kitchen, washer/dryer and...

The 2 BR/2 ba unit itself was excellent - clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher that we used every day. It was great having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer at our disposal. The grounds itself were very nice. There is a supermarket in Waikoloa Village just around the corner from the resort, though the prices are...
