We only spent four nights and five days at the Ranch but I can tell you I will be back for a much longer stay. From fresh vegatables from the garden and fresh eggs daily from the hen house to the quiet star filled skies at night, it was one of the most relaxing times I've ever had. The beds...

We spent a wonderful "all family" week there with all our children and grandchildren. We had the chance to experience all of the homes and grounds and found nothing to be lacking. When we were wondering about a bit more room for the older grandkids, Christie worked with us to rent a totally refurbished 1955 Airstream trailor,Little Wally. Christie accomodated...

My family of 4 just spent an amazing 6 nights at this unbelievable property with 2 other families. We rented Yoshi's House and our fiends rented Cowboy House and James Cottage. All of the accommodations were 5 star. The beds and linens were comfortable and gorgeous. The decor and furniture were both lovely looking as well as utilitarian -- and...

We just returned from a couples trip to Puakea Ranch and I am so sad--sad that we ever had to leave. The night we arrived, the charm of James Cottage and the ranch seemed apparent, but honestly I wondered if perhaps the previous reviews were perhaps overrated. But then we woke up the next morning to a beautiful rainbow on...

Puakea Ranch is such an idyllic setting and is one of my favorite memories of Hawaii. The ranch has goats, horses, dogs, and chickens; if an animal lover, this place is a dream come true. Our family stayed in Yoshi's house, which was beautifully decorated and had all the charm of an old house but with modern amenities. The house...

I cannot express in words what a great Hawaiian experience you could have staying at the Puakea Ranch. Step back in time and experience a true Hawaiian vacation. My family of 5 had the privilege of staying at the Cowboy house. Kids had room to play and parents had room to breath, we loved it. The staff made each of...

We didn't want to come home. We loved our stay here -- beautiful sunsets, comfortable house, lots of room for kids to roam and play. The owner was helpful in securing SUP rental and lessons for our stay, answering questions about the location, and would have arranged anything else we needed. My children loved having room to run and play,...

My wife and I just finished our stay here as part of our 30th anniversary trip. All in all it was a very nice stay. We were in the James Cottage, which included a hot tub.The bed was very comfortable and the room was well decorated. It included a small refrigerator and toaster oven, as well as plenty of utincles....

My wife and I have been dreaming of going to Hawaii for years and there is no better place to go. We stayed in Cowboy house which was perfect for us and our 2 kids (age 2 & 4). The bedrooms were great, the garden out back was lovely, and the tree swing out front entertained us for hours each...

Someday, when I am an old man, I will think back to my time at Puakea and wonder if it really happened. Words like "magical," "serene," and "blissful" get kicked around a lot in travel writing, but none of these words do justice to a place like this. Frankly, neither do pictures. You simply have to visit to understand. What...
