Started off ok, clean room, breakfast left. Needs more outlets and small light only had an overhead. Doors need fixed, had to stuff socks around frame to keep out air. Woke up very cold. Old type of heater needed pilot lit. Didn't have anything to do so, called and requested it be lit or a space heater. Came back later... More

We stopped here for dinner on our way home from a day in Jackson and Yellowstone. It is a neat historic building. They were quite busy for 7:30 pm. It would have been wonderful to sit on the front deck but it was full. They sat us in the back and it was quite nice and much quieter! My husband... More

Awesome location and historic place to stay. Jesse, the proprietor is fantastic host. Right off the 14/16/20 Highway in the beautiful Shoshone National Park. Convieniently located between Yellowstone East Gate and Cody.

Fantastic cabins! Friendly, affordable, CLEAN, and quaint. This is my first review. I joined mainly to leave reviews for this place and another because I was so happy with their places. Beautiful views too! I definitely recommend Trail Shop Inn.

We stayed here for two nights when we were coming into Yellowstone. It was a great place to stay as it allowed us to not only explore Yellowstone by car before we got our campground but also to explore Cody. The cabin was clean and comfortable and felt rustic but not run-down. We would stay here again. Jessie was great... More

Our family of four stayed here for three nights. I picked it because of its close proximity to Yellowstone, which is it's best quality. We almost didn't get in, as we didn't realize any and all staff left by 10:00 pm. We got very lucky and ran into Jessie just as she was leaving and she let us in to... More

Loved this place - stayed in a cabin for two nights while exploring Yellowstone as part of a national parks road trip. It's been around since the beginnings of the park system and, even without that great history, I would come back just to stay here. It's about 35 minutes from the east Yellowstone entrance, so not as convenient as... More

The Trails Inn is a rustic cabin with all the needs someone might need but Internet and cell phone signal. We are a family of 5. It was perfect for us. The 10 yr old loved the creek behind our cabin that he played in the whole time we were there. Breakfast was ok. We had oatmeal, orange, gronala bar... More

My husband Kevin and I often had often driven by The Trail Shop Inn on one of our many sightseeing adventures originating in Cody, Wyoming (where we are lucky enough to live) on our way to Yellowstone. Every time we went past the Trail Inn (open during the summer) we always told each other we needed to stop and check... More

The Trail Shop Inn was amazing. The rooms were so nice and the service was great. The mountain view from the windows were gorgeous. We got to see a little wildlife while staying there. A little bunny sat in the grass in front of our cabin. There is a restaurant and it had delicious food, great service, and friendly staff.... More
