This park's spaces are narrow and nothing is flat. The spaces have huge ruts/bumps, not level or even flat. Not groomed at all. The very small grassy areas were untended, ugly dead grass. There were no attached covers on the sewer hookups and instead the sewer pipes were covered with things like coffee cans and rocks so sewage could be... More

Nice campground right by the river and it has 2 big pools for soaking.Listen to the trains going by just yards away. Still a great place to stop for a day or two. The staff was very accommodating. We would stay here again as a destination.

We did not stay here. They were not really interested in accommodating us by telling us what sites were available. They told us we needed to come to the office when they got back from a quick trip to town, which well over 90 minutes. We then waited for the office to open back up, we went there a couple... More

I love the hot mineral pools, simply phenomenal. But the pools just seem in need of some updating and repair/cleaning. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the entire campground seems quite run down. Bathrooms and showers = spiders, moldy.... I really hope some money can be invested here because it truly had great potential.

I booked 10 sites for a reunion of RV traveling friends. Dottie & Jeff, park owners, were very helpful in making arrangements to keep our group together and cozy. They were very accommodating as our needs changed and relocated members of the group as necessary. We found the Park well maintained and in the process of being upgraded from the... More

We tried to get a reservation for Memorial Day 2015 but by April they were full, we were told to call back in January of 2016. I called in January of 2016 to make a reservation for 2 spots one for a full hook-up for a motor home, the other for a pop-up tent with water and electric for Memorial... More

I am giving FOY resort only 3 stars due to the lack of phone/internet service in this location (if it weren't for that, I would give them 4 Stars). We stayed here in a motorhome and towed a car. Our original reservation was for 10 days, but we left 3 days early due to HORRIBLE (try NO) working internet or... More

We tent camped for 1 night after calling a few days prior for availability. The new owners said sure just stop on by without making reservations. Fortunately it was off season (September) and not too busy. Train tracks are right behind the camp ground, but we only experienced 1 train early evening. The camp ground is older, but the new... We always use the camp spots as I pull a 30 foot camper. The camp spots offer 30 and 50 amp service with good water and sewer hookups. They also offer tent spots and they have a couple of cabins that look a little iffy. The RV spots are close to the train tracks but all weekend there is only... More

This was our 4th visit to Fountain of Youth RV Park; previous 3 visits we rented a tent site. We love the mineral water pools & the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. However, this trip we rented the Bunkhouse. Very disgusting! Musty smell, nasty carpeting, curtains barely covered the windows. Wooden Frame Queen size bed bunk beds up against the wall;... More
