The room was filthy! Towels and sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. Management did give us new "clean" towels, but they still were heavy with smoke. The bathrooms were dirty with others people hair in the tub. Small red ants raided my child's bed, management was not very concerned, but did change the sheets (that smelled of cigarettes). The walls are...

We arrived in Thermopolis late at night and the only available accommodations were at the Coachman. This place is old, run down, filthy dirty and everything is broken. The low price doesn't come close to making up for all the other shortcomings. Better to sleep in the car than stay here!

Where to begin. The room was filthy - carpet had stains, window sill was full of dead bugs, light fixtures filled w/ bugs. Sheets were gray/yellow with washed-in blood stains. The sink had rust. There were no glasses in the room. Only one teeny bar of soap. They advertised breakfast. What a joke. There was coffee but no cups. There...

Okay, so it was cheap at $75, but the dude signing me in didn't offer any info at all about wifi (not working, it turned out), check out, or breakfast (more about later), or even where the room was. On the surface, it was a sweet looking motel that would do well if the owners only cared a little. The...

This is an older motel that has great potential. It sits back off the road with a view of the Big Horn River and a small grove of trees with a grassy seating area and fire pit. But, it seems the owner has given up on both the motel and the guests. The place is getting a little run down,...

Made a reservation, secured by a credit card, 3 months in advance for 2 rooms for a 6-night stay to visit my father who lives at the Wyoming Pioneer Home. Arrived at 9:00 PM after a 14-hour day of travel from Ohio only to be told that there was no record of our reservation, our conformation number meant nothing, and...

Would have been better off sleeping in my car. Cleanliness is NOT even close to explaining this place. When u call management to complain or even try and get clean sheets when u find piss and cum stains they won't do anything! Advise DO NOT STAY AT THE COACHMEN IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

I loved my weekend here, the room was very cozy and clean. Loved the décor, I felt so comfortable just wanted to snuggle in which I did. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely return.

I traveled to Thermopolis with my husband who wanted to go to the area and hunt with friends of his. We enjoyed our stay. I was able to watch tv, and read books in a peaceful/quiet environment. The owner recommended I check out the natural hot springs pools. I loved those. My husband was up every morning for the continental...

“Higher numbered rooms (there are 20ish there) are quieter since they are further from the road and office. However, there are no in-room phones so you'll be farther from the office and will have to walk or use your cell phone to contact them about any issues.”
