Yes, it is noisy. If that bothers you and earplugs or headphones do not work for you, you will be unhappy. And, yes, $45+/night for a cramped 4 bed shared room is better said to be a "moderate" price for hostel living. Lastly, for those buying and fixing their own food another caveat, the Hostel does not have the usual...

This is a hostel in spirit. They do have some hostel rooms but we stayed in a private room. But they have all the amenities you would expect from a common space at a hostel. The building is loud just because of the construction with thin walls and wood plank walkways. As long as you aren't looking for silence it...

When we travel I always look far a facility like this one. They usually arent available in trendy touristy places like Jackson Hole so I consider this a unique find. They have a game room with pool table, a book exchange library, a common kitchen, and laundry room. All things that we desperately needed after 4 days of back country...

Perfectly located hostel. The price was high for a hostel but considering what other hotels in the area charge it's a steal. The building is a bit old and rustic but overall not bad. Friendly staff with good advice on what is in Teton village. The private quad room was clean. Bed linens were clean and so was the bath...

Once you look around at other hotels in the area, you will realize that The Hostel is a great value. It is situated next to some high end hotels, but The Hostel keeps their prices much lower. The rooms are utilitarian, but clean. We stayed in a quad room. Imagine a dorm room for two, but with a bunk bed...

Thanks for taking the time to give your impressions of the Hostel. Our goal is to provide one of the few remaining affordable lodging options in Jackson Hole, but with great service. Located at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, we offer you the same access to the Tetons and Yellowstone as the adjacent 4 and 5 star...

This hotel is a great bargain. You are in the center of Teton Village and its activities without paying the higher prices. It is no frills - no tv, radio, alarm clock- and very basic accommodations. Perfect for what we needed. We had a quad room and small bath. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was polite and...

Stayed here in July 2015, excellent price for the area. It is right next to Teton Village with great view of the Teton Mountains. Rooms were clean with comfortable twin beds. Nice bike path nearby and lots of good places to eat adjacent to the hostel.

The price is high by most places standards but for Teton Village it is low. Very rustic atmosphere with no frills but that was what we were after. No shampoo in the rooms but they do have it at the desk-no charge.

We loved our little room with 4 bunks and small bath. We knew it was a hostel so we were excited to meet other people from other countries . The game room was awesome with ping pong, Foosball, pool table , checkers table, etc. The kitchen has plenty of space for your food. The location is great, near the gondola...

The rooms are tiny. They say they sleep 4 and you can add an extra bed. The addition of this bed makes it impossible for people to walk to the bathroom without stepping on someone. The free coffee in the lobby was full of coffee grounds. We brought our own supplies for breakfast but got grossed out by the pail...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. I apologize that you did not have a great experience. I understand that the room gets tight when bringing in an extra mattress, with about a one foot wide aisle way at night. The preponderance of our guests have found the convenience of having that extra mattress, even...
