Not impressed! No breakfast even though it was advertised. Room wasn’t ready even though we checked in late at night. One staff member was great, but another was very rude. Dog food was on the floor. Hair was in the shower and sink.

The was no staff present at any times. Online a pool and complimentary breakfast are advertised, neither of which are true. The vent in the bathroom was so caked with dust that it looked as if stalactites were hanging down from the ceiling. The only part of the mini fridge that worked was the freezer, so you choice was to freeze your leftovers or keep them at room temperature. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will never stay there again.

The room, the clothes rack falling off the wall, holes in the bedding and the mattress was falling apart could left the side up and view the whole thing! Very disappointed! Over priced for that room !

Due to my work, I stayed in the Super 8 Powell for the better part of two full weeks. I will say it's not the worst motel that CLC has stuck me in but close. There were dirty finger prints on some of the towels, crumbs on the floor beside the bed. Didn't they vacuum?? One lamp had no light bulb. The bathroom vanity had a burnt out bulb. The fridge froze everything that I didn't want frozen. The icon that I tapped to get to the review part says; "Breakfast Included" - NOPE ! Also the indoor pool was empty with No One Working on it!! I gave the place two green dots Only because, as I have said, I have stayed in worse motels.

We expected Super 8 quality. Okay not superb but decent. We received nothing of the sort! No breakfast! No Pool! No front desk clerk, ever, had to call every time. No hangers for clothes. No iron or board. Thin walled place. Could hear every single noise that surrounding guests made. The price was outrageous! We were and still are VERY displeased and will not stay at any Super 8 again!
