We went to this hotel with my daughter and her family. We stayed in two king mini suites. The rooms were very large, well appointed and very clean. The bathroom had a very large walk in shower with rain shower head. Our granddaughters love it! The hotel has a great pool perfect for children and adults. We used the shuttle...

We are so happy to hear that you and your family had such a nice stay at our Lodge, Our indoor/outdoor heated pool, breakfast buffet and courtesy car are definitely crowd favorites. Thanks for the gluten free bread suggestion - we are constantly making changes based on guest feedback, and that would be a nice addition to the buffet. Jackson...

The front desk service was great - the management has obviously learned from previous reviews. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast options were great, there is something for everyone. It is not a high end resort, but the room rate reflects that.

Nice building outside and inside. Funny and amusing bear sculptures around entrance area. It's a pleasure to arrive here. Friendly and very effective reception staff. Spacious room, nice bathroom. Bar and lounge serve drinks and short dinner menu. Complimentary breakfast ! Not a cheap standard breakfast but wide choice of yogurt, fruit, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. And finally, thank...

We recently stayed here for 5 nights. I agree with many other reviewers when they say don't trust the hotels photos they are very misleading and photoshopped. When looking at these photos you would think this is a very high end resort... It is not. While it is nice and clean, I did not think it was worth almost $300/night....

This is not a five-star hotel, but it is an upper-scale hotel with a nice room and overall amenities. But please do not trust the pictures. All of the pictures give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods (see the "Property Grounds" photograph, particularly). Truth is you are in the middle of town, a quick...

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Just to clarify for future guests: the Lodge at Jackson Hole is conveniently located IN the town of Jackson near all restaurants, art galleries, shopping, live entertainment, town events & recreational activities. While our property is heavily landscaped with evergreens, aspens & seasonal annuals, it is indeed an in-town location with ample parking. Please...

The Lodge at Jackson Hole exceeded our expectations! We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the mts. - breathtaking! The rooms have a fridge & microwave. The huge flat screen t.v. worked perfectly. The couch in the room was very comfortable to sit on and looked like brand new. The bathroom is massive and had both a regular...

What a shame. If this hotel was reviewed on rooms alone, it would garner at least 4*, maybe 41/2*. Large quiet rooms, comfy beds, large bathrooms with marble walk in shower, all very clean. Also just a 5 minute drive down the road to the center of town. But....this hotel needs some serious work on its overall hospitality. My partner...

Sorry for the cheesy reference to "Jerry McGuire" but the place is overrun with bear statues. They peer into windows, tag team benches, welcome you to morning breakfast and hang over the fence surrounding the pool. Guess what? I loved them!! More important, though, was my lovely suite w/ fireplace, fridge and queen bed. The decor was a tad dark,...

I loved this lodge, not too big but did everything right. They had coffee, tea and flavored water 24/7, a wonderful and delicious buffet breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc. The "free" bus into Jackson Hole is right in front of the hotel. The room was very nice, had a gas fireplace. I would love...

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and lots of amenities. The decor has carved bears and antler chandeliers. The bathroom has a huge shower with a rainfall shower head.
