First time at an Oak Tree Motel. Very roomy. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings. I have a hitch in my get along, so walking up the stairs was difficult with no elevator. Staff was very pleasant. Appeared they catered to the railroad and offered added discount. I tried singing "Been working on the railroad" , but I didn't get the extra... More

This property is off I-80 and worked well for us. It was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was on the small side but had the necessary equipment. There was no free breakfast but a charming little diner connected to the property with good food at a very decent price. All staff in both the restaurant and... More

you can't beat a 60$ a night room that's clean and up to date. great location and even has a workout room with more equipment than higher class hotels that are double to triple the rate. this is a great place for the buck.

A clean, functional place with low rates (in the $70 range) and the usual refrigerator, microwave, TV. WiFi was useless in our room with very poor signal strength and low bandwidth. Penny's Dinner out in front was a fun 50's style place for breakfast or dinner.

Clean, renovated, comfortable and quiet. Surprisingly there is no continental breakfast, but the rooms have mini fridges, coffeepots and microwaves. The location is convenient and close to Flaming Gorge Recreational Area. Very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find off the interstate but I did not hear the traffic noise. No breakfast was offered but a Penny's Diner was directly next door. I had an amazing view of rock formations out my window.

Very clean rooms, housekeeping does an amazing job even when the motel packs out. Parking can be tight on busy weekends, but convenient that you can park at your door. The trade off for that is noise in the morning as people pack up & leave, but that's typical of any motel. Pet friendly, grassy pet area directly across from... More

Nice, comfortable place. It was being updated when we stayed. We booked another night for our return trip. Our only disappointment was that no breakfast (even continental) was available. There is a small diner next door, but it's a drive to anything else to eat.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. This is likely the only redeeming aspect of the hotel. The bathroom was very clean and the carpet appeared to be quite new which initially gave the impression that there had been some recent renovations. That thought was quickly discouraged when viewing the rest of the room. The upholstery... More

At first glance we weren't too sure of this hotel, but we had reservations for the first night on our vacation. When we got to our room, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. In some reviews, they said there was a very good free breakfast, but they said they don't offer that anymore so we ate at... More
