We stayed upon leaving Yellowstone heading east. It is no frills, but our large, recently remodeled, with a view room was a real cowboy delight. The people were so friendly and helpful. And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Big Bear motel.

Don t expect a BW or Holiday Inn service level and you ll have a piece of mind and leave as satisfied stayer ! We had a 2nd floor room with twin beds and although basic,it was sufficient for our purposes which is just a bed to lay down and trip our to Yellowstone (which is a good 50 miles...

Beautiful view from our room and the drive to Yellowstone is breath taking. Cody is an interesting historical town. Owner recommended dinner across the road and it had very good food and reasonably priced.

The Big Bear Motel was worth the stop and it was worth the money that it cost. The rooms were very clean and well thought-out Bill the desk manager was very knowledgeable. He recommended a very good place to eat.

Very nice place to stay-close to Yellowstone NP and Cody, WY is a beautiful little town. The motel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location-rustic in decoration and we felt right at home. There was no coffee in the rooms, but was available in the office if you wanted to wait until 7:30 AM.

Spacious, clean room with good facilities and ample parking. Very helpful and friendly reception staff recommended a cafe opposite (Our Place) for breakfast. Also recommended Cassie's Steakhouse Bar for dinner and kindly booked a table for us.

Our room was on the second floor, which gave us a dramatic view of the mountains to the west of town. The motel is near the west edge of town, away from the traffic and activity of the town center. Very clean and comfortable, no frills, reasonably priced in comparison to other choices in this tourist town. Would stay there...
